On Tuesday, the Sixth Day of August 2019, I coined the phrase ‘Whole Dude -Whole Time’ to answer the question, “What do you do for a Living?” I live on Whole Food working Whole Time. I do this Whole Job to live as Whole Dude my Whole Life. In my analysis, the very complex natural phenomenon called Living always demands the support from an external agency and the wages or salary earned by any person simply accounts for the icing on the cake.

Whole Dude Loves Whole Food – Happy Place-Happier People. Whole Foods Market, Austin Texas has formulated the concept of ‘Whole Foods’ to market organic, and natural foods without artificial ingredients, artificial colors, artificial flavors,synthetic sweeteners, and chemical preservatives. However, it has yet to formulate the concept of a Whole Person who may benefit by consuming Whole Food. Whole Dude is a marketing concept to know the nature of the Whole Person. I received a letter from the Whole Foods Market inviting me to shop at Whole Foods, Ann Arbor. The letter reads:

“We’re growing something good and we want you to be part of it. If you’re ready to make a difference, bring your Whole Self to Whole Foods.”

In my analysis, I cannot be classified either as White-Collar, or Blue-Collar Worker. I cannot be described as a Part-Time, or Full-Time, a Temporary or Permanent, a Seasonal, or Regular Employee of any entity that provides the earnings, or wages in exchange for any mental or physical work performed by my human body. To live as Whole Dude is a Whole Time Job.

Whole Dude, Whole Man, Whole Person , or Whole Self works Whole Time during his Whole Life, from the moment of his conception until his death, by performing the Whole Job or Whole Work called Cellular Respiration even when he watches the TV relaxing on his couch or even when he is snoring, fast asleep in his bed.

The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) does not define full-time employment or part-time employment. This is a matter generally to be determined by the employer. Whether an employee is considered full-time or part-time does not change the application of the FLSA, nor does it affect the application of the Service Contract Act or Davis-Bacon and Related Acts wage and fringe benefit requirements.

At a fundamental level, the Living System called man is thermodynamically unstable and it means that the System demands a constant supply of energy from an external source. Social Security is the largest owner of the US Debt. In 1996, President Clinton amended the Social Security Act of 1945 by approving Public Law 104 – 193. President Clinton made an immoral choice to address the problem of mounting US Debt. His plan to reduce the US Debt by denying the payment of Old Age Retirement Income Benefits to senior alien workers has backfired. God has given His Promise. It delivers Blessings for the obedience of Commandments. Disobedience of God’s Commandments has consequences. The Clinton Curse reveals the consequences of President Clinton’s corrupt conduct. As of today, the US satisfies the government’s need for revenue by borrowing from foreign nations.

WHO OWNS THE MOST U.S. DEBT?

To satisfy the U.S. government’s need for revenue, Washington collects taxes and fees. What happens if this isn’t enough? What happens if the federal government needs more? That is the subject of this article in which we’ll reveal who owns the most U.S. debt and how much of it is owned by foreign nations. We’ll begin by explaining, in simple terms, how the debt market functions.

Debt 101

An individual takes on debt when they finance a new car, house, etc. The U.S. government does so when it issues securities. Specifically, the federal government issues Treasury bills, notes, and bonds. The primary difference is in their maturity. For example, Treasury bills have a maturity of less than one year. Treasury notes mature in one to ten years. Treasury bonds have maturities greater than 10 years.

To issue its debt, the government holds periodic Treasury auctions. A successful auction indicates a strong demand for U.S. Treasury securities. If the auction doesn’t go well, it means demand for Treasuries is weak. Who owns the most Treasury’s?

Owners of U.S. Debt

The largest owner of U.S. debt is Social Security. Since the Social Security system is a government entity, how can the government own its own debt? Good question. This is where the “house of cards” theory resides. Some believe the federal government is merely moving the IOUs from one shell to another, hoping to escape the watchful eye of its citizens. In any event, Social Security owns about 16% of the debt followed by other federal government entities (13%), and the Federal Reserve (12%). How much is owned by foreign governments? The following chart contains the answer.

According to the U.S. Treasury Department, at the end of August 2014, more than a third of the debt was owned by foreign countries (34.4%). The largest foreign holders of U.S. debts are Mainland China (7.2%) and Japan (7.0%). What is the consequence of having such a large percentage of debt held by foreign nations? It depends. It depends on the relationship between the U.S. and the specific foreign country. It also depends on the global interest rate environment. Finally, it depends on the geopolitical climate and the degree of fear around the globe. This is the case because when fear rises money flows into U.S. Treasuries which is viewed as a safe place to invest. The percentage of debt owned by countries that are less friendly to America is about 10%. This includes China, several oil exporters (Ecuador, Venezuela, Iran, Iraq, Libya, etc.), and a few others. The worst case would materialize if the largest holders decided to sell their Treasury securities at the same time. This could potentially decrease demand which would push yields higher. If yields rose, the federal government would find it more difficult to service the debt, pushing the deficit higher. If the deficit rose, the total debt burden would accelerate and, unless demand for U.S. debt was to increase, it could get ugly. Will this transpire? It’s not too likely. At least not for the foreseeable future anyway.

Conclusion

Given the state of the global markets, the U.S. is still considered to be the best house in a bad neighborhood. Even though more than one-third of the debt is owned by foreign nations, as long as there are no safer places to invest, money will find its way here. Therefore, global turmoil would be in the best interest of the federal government. Anything which raises fear will bring money to the Treasury and allay the need for higher taxes. However, one day this unsustainable path we’re on will reach its day of reckoning. However, that’s probably not any time soon.

On August 22, 1996, US President Bill Clinton (Democrat) signed into Law that reintroduced Slavery, Involuntary Servitude, Serfdom and Forced Labor in the pretext of making ‘A New Beginning’. Welfare Reform Act or Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA) is unjust and unfair for it violates Constitutional Law that defends natural rights of all people living in United States. All US taxpayers must be treated as equals for receiving retirement income benefits for which they paid taxes. President Clinton’s action constitutes a transgression of President Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation that saved US Non-Citizens or Aliens from the indignity of Slavery.

I ask my readers to review 43-word 13^th Amendment and tell me if those words still govern, rule, and operate the lives of all people, wage earners who perform labour paying taxes.

My readers should not be surprised if I describe the US Congress as “Slave Driver.” The reason for my claim is based on PRWORA enacted by the US Congress in 1996 that amended The US Social Security Act of 1935. This legal provision enacted by 104^th US Congress is incorporated as Section 202(y) of the Social Security Act. It mandates that no Retirement Income benefits shall be payable to registered alien(non-citizen) taxpayers in the United States without showing proof of lawful residency as determined by the Attorney General. In my view, unexpired Employment Authorization Document (EAD) must not be demanded if a worker has attained full retirement age as determined by law.

Social Security Act, Section 202(y) violates the principle enshrined in those 43 words called the 13th Amendment. This 1996 amendment to the Social Security Act is fundamentally flawed for it is unconstitutional. It takes away the property rights (earnings, wages, and retirement income) of individuals who paid Federal, State, Local, Social Security and Medicare Taxes working in this country to attain full retirement age.

The Emancipation Proclamation issued by President Abraham Lincoln (Republican) in September 1862 came into effect on January 01, 1863 freeing slaves in all territory still at War with the Union. These slaves were not citizens of the Land and had no political rights of their own. In Law, Servitude or Slavery refers to the burden imposed upon the property of a person by a specified right another has in its use. Servitude involves labour in which the person who performs labour has no right to his earnings from labour. The Emancipation Proclamation specifically protects, defends, preserves and safeguards rights of aliens or non-citizens residing in the United States.

The amended Social Security Act unconstitutionally gives power to Social Security Administration to withhold the property (wages, earnings, monthly retirement income benefits) of alien workers who are not convicted by US Court of Law. In my analysis, The Social Security Act of 1935 amended in 1996 fails to uphold the US Constitution as the Supreme Law of this Land.

I ask my readers to make the distinction between Social Security Tax and Monthly Retirement Benefit. The first represents tax paid to the government and the second represents earning or wage entitled to a retired person to provide income and security during old age.

Following are House Speaker Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) remarks at the ceremony, as prepared for delivery:
The Thirteenth Amendment is just 43 words long. It is so short that, when you read it, you can almost miss the whole significance. You have to stop and remind yourself that 600,000 people died in the Civil War—600,000 died over 43 words. Or to be more precise, they died in a war that decided whether those 43 words would ever be written.

The Repeal movement exposes President Clinton’s contemptuous violation of Constitutional Principles of equal protection, equal justice and equal treatment under Law.

President Clinton’s Slavery Law of 1996 tramples upon fundamental freedoms and human dignity entitled to all human beings without any concern for their country of origin or citizenship status. Whole Team Members need to grow up and seek Wisdom from Reading Books. Bedtime reading is a good habit, but the Book must have 365 Everyday Value if they want to benefit from Reading.

Age is a fundamental characteristic of most living organisms. The speed of the aging process varies and it is not the same in the entire organism. In other words, the cytoplasm has the spiritual ability to establish a connection, association, bonding, relationship, or partnership between the energy-yielding molecules of the environment, and the energy-demanding molecules of the human individual and establish the fact or reality called the living being. The DNA, the genes, the chromosomes and the nucleus have no such ability for they simply lead a dependent existence deriving energy and matter supplied by the cytoplasm and its structures such as the mitochondria, and the ribosomes. The DNA is able to express a change and is able to generate a variation in the structures or a variation in the physiological functions such as the rate of protein synthesis because of the fact of its dependence upon an unchanging Principle that is not influenced by the time factor.

Dance is an expression in rhythmic movement of an intensified sense of life, arising from an inner perception that stimulates both mind and body. Dance is often performed to simply take delight in the movement itself. I would like to speak about the dance impulse and not about ‘The Art of Dancing’. The ‘Art of Dancing’ is the act of moving the body in a rhythmical way, usually to music, to express an emotion, or idea and it develops into a design – a planned organization of a pattern of movement in rhythm, in space, and on the ground with its steps, gestures, and dynamics. Dance is one of the oldest of art forms and is part of every culture of our planet Earth. Dance may be used for a variety of motives and its purposes are varied such as ceremonial, liturgical, magical, theatrical, social, or purely aesthetic. However, it must be noted that the purpose of dancing as a social activity and as a form of entertainment is of recent origin. The dance impulse has been there from the beginning of man’s existence on Earth.

DANCE AND WHOLE DANCE :

Dance may have been the first means of communication. Dance is a natural activity to express feelings in action. At a fundamental level, dance remains a simple expression of pleasure or act related to courtship, and mating behavior. Birds, animals, and even spiders dance to attract and impress a mate as part of their reproductive behavior and to attain reproductive success.

Pavo cristatus-Whole Dude-Whole Dance — Whole Dude-Whole Dance: Pavo cristatus- Peacock is a male peafowl with a crest of plumules and long, brightly colored upper tail coverts that can be spread like a fan and have rainbow-colored eye like spots. It struts and makes very loud calls to attract the attention of its female partner displaying a magical quality of courtship behavior.

There are many kinds of dancing but, dance as a natural impulse does not require training or tutoring. Man expresses his feelings in movement to simply release the natural instinct like the desire for mating. Dance as a courtship behavior is devised for the enjoyment of the performer to achieve his own purpose and it is not for the benefit of any spectator other than that of a mating partner. It can be classified as ‘Solo Dance’. My friend Charles the Great performs vivacious, dynamic, and passionate dance movement while all of us are busy performing our work-related tasks. He vibrates his legs, gesticulate with his hands, swings his shoulders and hips, and twitches his head. The impulse to dance comes very unexpectedly just like an epileptic seizure or convulsion. He suddenly moves into the dance mode while he was in the middle of doing or performing a complicated and demanding task. He has explained that his dance could be called “HILLBILLY” Dance. It is wild, it is rustic, or folksy. The hand, and elbow movements indicate a sense of urgency, a passionate desire, and announce that he is ready for action; his preparedness for courtship and it announces a plea for sexual union. The hip movements suggests, demands, or challenges to elicit a response to his readiness for mating. He moves his hips sideways to send a negative signal and when viewed by his partner it gets translated into a positive signal to commence his true, or intended action of moving his hips back and forth for successfully accomplishing his mission. I have asked Charles the Great as to why he is sending a negative signal and not using a positive signal to express his true desire. In his expert opinion, the females are wired differently; they always translate a positive signal into a negative response and convert a negative signal into positive action. The female as species have an intrinsic or innate desire to control, and to regulate the courtship and mating behavior of the male. A signal sent by male will often elicit an opposite reaction. Charles the Great communicates his impulse with his unique dance move that states: “I am ready for action. Do you want to say No?” Charles the Great is a very successful person and his “NO” is always replied with “YES.” I call his Dance as the Whole Dance for Whole Success. I had asked him to share the secret for his success in Life. He told me that he always dances to the magical tune of the Piper and follows the charismatic Piper all the time. I am not surprised. Charles the Great had moved from Boston City to Ann Arbor, Michigan just a few months ago and now he is busy packing his bags and is on the move again. He is leaving all his buddies behind and is following the Piper to live in Chicago. I have asked him if he has any problem with living in Ann Arbor. He says that there is no problem with the folks of Ann Arbor. His reason is that of the Golden Rule for success in Life; Just Dance to the tune and follow the Piper.

Hegel developed theories of Reality, Absolute Spirit, Absolute Mind, Absolute Reason, Whole Truth, World Soul and others. He had influenced most facets of modern philosophy. According to Hegel, reality is Absolute Mind, Reason or Spirit which manifests itself in both natural and human history. This Mind is universal and therefore cannot be identified with the mind of any particular person. He treated all reality as the creation of Mind or Spirit. The philosophy of Idealism makes the attempt to account for all objects in nature and experience as representatives of the mind( ideas ). Hegel identified the whole of Reality with what he called ‘the Absolute’ and interpreted the whole of human history as the progressive self-realization of this Absolute Spirit. His famous dictum: “The real is rational and the rational real”, is an expression of the identity of reality and the rational process. Because reality is rational, it acts in accordance with the laws of reasoning. To understand the nature of thought, then, is to understand the nature of reality as a whole. Hegel held that all previous philosophical speculations had failed to give a clear view of reality. As per his view, the attempt to understand the apparently individual and unconnected phenomena of nature, history, and human life through separate categories of thought is utterly mistaken. He insisted that Reality can only be understood as a totality: “the Truth is the Whole.” At the center of the universe, Hegel posited an enveloping Absolute Spirit that guides all reality, including human reason. His absolute Idealism envisages a World-Soul that develops from, and is known through a process of change and progress termed as Hegelian Dialectic. He described the dialectical nature of Mind’s activity. According to the Laws of Dialectic, one idea or concept or proposition (‘thesis’) inevitably generates its opposite (‘antithesis’), their conflict or interaction generates a new concept or ‘Synthesis’ which in turn becomes the ‘thesis’ of a new triad. Thus he developed the concept of Mind or Spirit that manifested itself in a set of contradictions and oppositions that it ultimately integrated and united without eliminating either pole or reducing one to the other. His philosophy enables human beings to comprehend the historical unfolding of the ‘Absolute’. He traced the progression of consciousness from sense perception to absolute knowledge. He had influenced people such as Jean Paul Sartre (Existentialism) and Karl Marx (Dialectical Materialism and Communism), and had influenced the development of Positivism (Auguste Comte), and Analytic Philosophy.

Planet Earth is characterized by the presence of all the three physical forms of matter, plus, it is the only Planet where millions of living forms have established a home for Biological or Living Matter.

Amoeba proteus-Whole Dude-Whole Planet — Amoeba proteus, representative of Biological, or Living Matter. This Living Form is Conscious or aware of its own existence in its given environment, it has the Power of Motion, Power of Nutrition, and the Power of Reproduction. Planet Earth is called Whole Planet as it has Matter in its three states, Solid, Liquid, and Gas, plus the Living Matter which is not simply governed by Mechanistic Principles and the Laws of Physics and Chemistry that determine the nature of Non-Living Matter.

WHOLE PLANET – WHOLE ROTATION :

Earth's Rotation Axis-Whole Dude-Whole Planet — The Sidereal Period of Rotation or the Rotation Period of the Planet is the most significant aspect of a Planet to establish its Originality. The Change of Seasons is caused by the tilt 23.5 degrees of the Earth's equator to the plane of the Orbit.

The tilt of the planets-Whole Dude-Whole Planet — Each Planet displays a tilt or Axis of Rotation that makes its Rotation unique, original, and distinctive. Each Celestial Object could be identified as Created Objects by simply describing its Rotation Period and the Axis of Rotation.

Magnetic fields of Planets-Whole Dude-Whole Planet — Each Planet is Original and Unique and exists as a Created Object that cannot be explained by Mechanistic Principles and Mechanistic Theories.

The Sidereal Period of Rotation or the Rotation Period of the Planet is the length of time a celestial body takes to complete an orbit relative to a background star. It is the most significant aspect of the planet to establish its originality. In our Solar System, the Planets have these Original Periods of Rotation : Mercury – 58 hours, 64 minutes, 67 seconds; Venus – ( minus ) 243.02 days; Earth – 23 hours, 56 minutes, 4.1 seconds; Mars – 24 hours, 37 minutes, 22.6 seconds; Jupiter – 9 hours, 55 minutes, 30 seconds; Saturn – 10 hours, 32 minutes, 35 seconds; Uranus – ( minus ) 17 hours, 14 minutes, 24 seconds; Neptune – 16 hours, 6.6 minutes; Pluto – ( minus ) 6 days, 9 hours, 17.6 minutes.

Reality refers to a person or a thing that is real, true, or an established, or verified fact and principle. It has the quality of being true to life. Reality has the quality of being in accordance with experience. Reality suggests confirming observations that are characterized by constancy and consistency. The scientific method involves use of experiments to obtain observational data with precision, accuracy, and consistency. Could Whole Dude or Whole Person use scientific methods to obtain clarity and certainty in all matters? Could Whole Dude or Whole Person extend scientific methodology of investigation to every field of Inquiry? Could Whole Dude or Whole Person find Reality as an external experience? Could Whole Dude or Whole Person use scientific information to experience Reality? Could Whole Dude or Whole Person totally depend upon science to find Reality in Life??? To know Reality, we may have to understand the problem of Illusion which is defined as a false idea, a false perception, a false image, a false appearance, a false opinion, a false interpretation, and a false belief. Illusion has the quality of not being in accord with verified facts, established knowledge, and true and proven information. Does science have the power to remove Illusion and replace it with Reality?

THE POWER OF ILLUSION vs THE POWER OF REALITY :

Pencil-in-Water-Illusion-Whole Dude-Whole Reality — Whole Dude-Whole Reality : Stimulus Distortion Illusion. This visual, optical illusion is produced by the refraction or bending of light rays as it passes from one medium or substance to another medium in which the speed of light is significantly different. A ray of light passing from one transparent medium(Air) to another transparent medium(Water) is bent at the surface where Air and Water meet. The Pencil standing in water appears bent at the Air/Water interphase.

When an object exists in a conditioned state, like this Pencil in Water, the Reality of Pencil can be easily verified by simply inspecting the Pencil after pulling it out of water. Science explains the reason for this Optical Illusion by stating the properties of Light and Light rays. But, science has no power over the Power of Light and the properties of Light rays. Science cannot prevent this kind of Optical Illusion. Similarly, science may explain the fact of the Speed of a given point on the surface of Earth( about 66, 660 Miles/Hour). But, science has no power and cannot force man to experience the Reality of Earth’s Speed of Rotation. Man lives on the surface of Earth without ever experiencing the Reality of Earth’s Motion. There is no physical, or mental experience of Earth’s Speed. To the same extent, man lives on the surface of Earth with no physical, or mental experience of Sun’s true or real Motions. What man experiences in his daily life is the apparent motion of Sun across the Sky. Man consistently and constantly experiences the fact of Sunrise and Sunset which is not supported by the Reality about Sun and its true or real Motions. The Reality as explained by science does not govern human existence. Man’s Biological Rhythm and biological activities are synchronized with the experience of Illusion, the Illusion of Sunrise and Sunset and not that of Reality of Sun’s celestial movements. The movements of Earth and Sun are useful only in the context of the overriding Power of Illusion. Man lives his Life and is dependent upon the Power of Illusion and is saved from the burden of experiencing the Power of Reality.
