For Whole Team Member Excellence in work performance, it is very important for Whole Team Members to find Happiness at workplace as well as home. At present, there is no Corporate Policy to ensure Happiness while Whole Team Member is at home. WholeDude has developed the concept called “WHOLE HAPPINESS” which aims to secure Happiness both at workplace and home of Whole Team Member. At a minimum, Whole Team Member deserves a gentle, sweet, Goodnight Kiss at Bedtime.
WholeDude made 2015 New Year Resolution to promote Whole Team Member Excellence in Performance by keeping the Whole Team Member Happy. There are plenty of opportunities to find Happiness at the workplace. But, at home, Whole Team Member is left alone and often neglected.
KISS – GOODNIGHT KISS – WHOLE KISS – #WHOLEKISS :
Kiss is the act of touching or caressing a person or thing with lips. Kisser is the person who performs the act of kissing. It is important to understand that all acts of kissing are not the same. A Goodnight Kiss is placed on the forehead as a brief, gentle, sweet caress without pressure or suction. In a Goodnight Kiss, the Kisser does not make any contact with the lips of the person who gets the Kiss. A Goodnight Kiss is not intended to communicate sexual or erotic feelings. It communicates the feelings of Love and Affection expressed by the Kisser and it does not demand any thing in return from the person who received the Goodnight Kiss. Where no written or established “Standards” for Kiss and Kissing exist, it is imperative to create “Standards” and enforce “Standards” as a matter of Policy. WholeDude has taken the initiative to prescribe “Standards” to define the term “WHOLE KISS”(#WHOLEKISS) and has introduced a ‘Certification Program’ to train Whole Team Members in the Art of Whole Kiss which represents ‘The Art of Perfect Kissing’. A Certified Kisser on completion of delivering 666 Whole Kisses would be officially designated as “WHOLE KISSER”(#WHOLEKISSER).
THE QUALITY STANDARDS FOR “WHOLE KISS” – #WHOLEKISS:
1. The Kisser is in good health and be free of infectious or contagious diseases.
2. The Kisser is not allowed to consume alcohol, wine, or any other mind controlling, or mind stimulating chemical substances for a minimum of Six Hours prior to delivering the Kiss.
3. The Kisser is not permitted to use Prescription or Over The Counter(OTC) Medication for a minimum of Six Hours prior to delivering the Kiss. It includes pills like Viagra, Cialis, and similar chemical, herbal, or natural substances which may act like Hormones.
4. The Kisser is properly dressed, wear shirt, shoes, and must use a white coat to fully cover the front portion of the body.
5. The Kisser is not permitted to use perfumes. Use only unscented deodorant if needed.
6. The Kisser must follow an approved Dietary Regime which is Gluten-Free, GMO-Free, Vegan, or Vegetarian. Spicy foods, or foods with strong odors are not consumed for a minimum of Six Hours prior to delivering the Kiss.
7. The Kisser is Nicotine-Free and is tested to find the use of any Nicotine products.
8. The Kisser is not allowed the use of lipstick or any coloring agent to cover the lips. If weather conditions warrant, unscented lip balm can be applied. The Kisser must keep the lips moist by drinking or frequently sipping water.
9. The Kiss is planted in the middle of the forehead. The Kisser mentally counts from 1 to 6 and this marks the duration of that Kiss. Suction and Pressure is not allowed and licking with tongue is not permitted.
10. The Kisser is not allowed to touch the person in any other manner besides the prescribed act of Kiss as stated above. The person who gets Kissed is not allowed to touch the Kisser.
11. The Kisser must conclude the Kiss with the following benediction: “I Love You, Have a Goodnight, Enjoy Sweet Dreams, Sleep Tight, Wake Up Bright in the Morning Light.”
Whole Team Members must apply in writing to obtain training for delivering “Whole Kiss”(#WholeKiss) and to get Certified as a “Whole Kisser”(#WholeKisser).
In the entire human literature there is no description of Kiss that could be more perfect than Whole Kiss(#WholeKiss). Fairy Tales like ‘Sleeping Beauty’, ‘Snow White and Seven Dwarfs’, and ‘Frog Prince’ may describe incidents in which Kiss worked like a miracle and yet those acts of Kissing lack the total perfection achieved by Whole Kiss(#WholeKiss).
WHOLE TEAM – WHOLE HAPPINESS – #ARCHANGEL :
The Certification Program for “WHOLE KISSER”(#WholeKisser) is not mandatory for Whole Team Members. It is entirely voluntary and with no payment or remuneration. Whole Kiss(#WholeKiss) is delivered Free of Cost and is Free of any obligation. The “Whole Kisser” is not allowed to accept “Tips” or any form of Gratuity for the Whole Kiss Service. VALUES MATTER . HAPPINESS IS THE VALUE THAT MATTERS IN LIFE.
