Whole Designer: The spiritual nature of the Red Blood Cell Design. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cells
Yes Indeed, Life is Complicated. The complexity of Life involves the use of a very complex predetermined plan to design the tissues, the organs, and the organ systems of the entire human organism from a single, fertilized egg cell that divides and differentiates into a most complex variety of cells which perform very specialized functions. The Red Blood Cell provides the connective linkage to sustain the living functions of the trillions of the building blocks of the human body.
Whole-Dude – Whole-Designer – Red Blood Cells: In multicellular organisms, cells with the same genes must differentiate into many types. Complex control mechanisms determine which genes are active in a given cell at a given time. Human life begins as a single fertilized Egg Cell. The multicellular organism grows and develops as it has definite capabilities for differentiation. The “Design” of cells has been modified to serve the specialized functions of tissues and organs that comprise the human body. Red Blood Cells are “designed” to perform their highly specialized functions.
If man is viewed as a multicellular organism, the human subject finds his objective existence because of the living functions of the cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems that provide the biological basis for that existence.
The spiritual nature of the Red Blood Cell Design: Man, the entire human organism is derived from a single, fertilized Egg Cell. How does this complex multicellular organism knows its own Identity and Individuality?
In multicellular eukaryotes, cells with the same genes must differentiate into many types. Multicellularity is accomplished by definite capabilities for differentiation. The functional differentiation is not a simple process that can be called adaptation. To achieve differentiation, complex control mechanisms determine which genes are active in a given cell at a given time. The “Design” of cells has been modified by a predetermined plan to serve the specialized function of tissues and organs. The structural differentiation and the functional organization of various organ systems makes man a very complex living organism.
The spiritual nature of the Red Blood Cell Design. The Whole Person, The Whole Man, The Whole Body, Mind, and Spirit, The Whole Dude, or the entire human organism is derived from this single, fertilized Egg Cell which I describe as “The Whole Cell.”
It must be clearly understood that the living cell is a thermodynamically unstable system. This means that without a continuous input of energy, a cell will degrade spontaneously into a nonliving collection of molecules. The cells that comprise the human organism derive their energy by oxidation of food substances such as glucose. The cells of the body require oxygen to obtain the energy stored in food substances. The loss of oxygen is very critical as there is no means of storing oxygen in the human body. During the entire course of human life, the human body requires continuous delivery of oxygen to its various cells, tissues, and organs. The Red Blood Cells display functional subordination to the requirements of the organism as a Whole.
Altruism is a theory of conduct that regards the good of others as the end of moral action. The Red Blood Cells have very short, individual lifespans and the entire period of their existence involves unselfish concern for the welfare of other cells.
The Red Blood Cell – Erythrocyte – The Red Corpuscle:
Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: Erythropoiesis. Red Blood Cells are formed in the bone marrow. Hemoglobin Synthesis begins during the Proerythroblast stage of the RBC Cycle. Heme synthesis takes place in the mitochondria and the protein, globin molecule is synthesized in ribosomes. The mature Red Cells have no nuclei, and no intracellular organelles like the mitochondria and the ribosomes.Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: Red Blood Cells are packed with hemoglobin. Each Red Cell contains over 600 million hemoglobin molecules. A normal man has about 5 liters of blood containing more than 25 trillion Red Blood Cells. Each lives for about 100 to 120 days. Red Blood Cells sustain their meagre energy needs by a form of anaerobic respiration. If man is viewed as a biotic community of cells, Red Cells show no concern for their individual gains or losses and they serve and contribute to the continuation of the Whole community.
Red Blood Cells, or Erythrocytes, or Red Corpuscles are tiny, flat, round, biconcave disks, with depressed center, averaging 7.5 microns in diameter. In its profile view, the Red Blood Cell appears dumbell-shaped. A normal man has about 5 liters of blood containing more than 25 trillion Red Blood Cells. There are about 5.2 million Red Blood Cells per cubic millimeter of blood in adult humans. The normal lifespan of Red Cells is only about 100 to 120 days. More than 200 billion Red Cells are normally destroyed each day by the spleen and must be replaced. The creation of new Red Cells and their subsequent destruction proceeds during all the days of human life. The Red Cells give the blood its characteristic color. The cell is flexible and can change its shape to pass through extremely small blood vessels. It is covered with a membrane composed of lipids and proteins. The mature Red Blood Cells lacks a nucleus and hence cannot divide into new daughter cells. The mature Red Blood Cell also lacks intracellular organelles called mitochondria which provide energy for metabolic functions. During the course of its development and maturation, the nucleus and mitochondria disappear from the Red Cell.
The amount of oxygen required by the Red Cell for its own metabolism is very low. The Red Cell shows the features of a careful design or plan that makes it to perform its function of delivering oxygen with great efficiency. In invertebrate organisms, the oxygen-carrying pigment called Heme is found in a free state in the plasma for they lack the Red Blood Cells. The concentration of Heme pigment and the biconcave shape of the Red Blood Cell makes it very efficient to perform the function of exchange of gases; the Red Cell can deliver almost all of its oxygen it carries and free it into the tissues where there is demand for oxygen and its shape allows oxygen exchange at a constant rate over the largest possible area.
Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The Red Cell has the ability to work as an oxygen sensor and it also has the ability to modulate the tone of the blood vessel in which it travels passively. By initiating a mechanism, the Red Cell can cause an effect called vasodilation that would increase the flow of blood in blood vessels to meet the local tissue oxygen demand.Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The Red Cells move passively in the blood circulation, but can actively interact with the blood vessel in response to the oxygen tension of the tissues. These interactions are helped by PR (Purinergic Receptor), Erythrocyte-derived Adenosine triphosphate (ATP), Gi(Heterotrimeric G Protein), cAMP(3’5′-Adenosine monophosphate), PKA (Protein Kinase A), CFTR (Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator), ? unidentified conduit for ATP release + stimulation. Through oxygen-dependent release of the vasodilator ATP, signal transduction within the RBC and microvessels, the SMC (the smooth muscle cell) of the blood vessel is stimulated to dilate. The signals pass through the endothelium or the cells that line the inner surface of the blood vessel.
The main function of the Red Cells is to transport oxygen from the lungs to the tissues and organs of the entire human body. During the process of oxidation, the cells generate carbon dioxide as a waste product which must be removed. The Red Cells carry carbon dioxide to the lungs and release it to be returned to the atmospheric air. This is possible because of hemoglobin which forms unstable, reversible bond with oxygen; in the oxygenated state it is called Oxyhemoglobin and is bright red in color. When oxygen is delivered, in the reduced state the hemoglobin is purple-blue and this color can be easily noticed from the color of the veins that return blood to heart from various parts of the body. Asphyxiation occurs when the blood contains an excess of substances like carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide with which hemoglobin forms semipermanent or permanent compounds instead of reversible bonds that hemoglobin forms with oxygen.
Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The Red Blood Cell is designed to efficiently perform its specialized functions.Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The regulation of oxygen delivery. The Red Cell Membrane transport protein “Band3” uses ion exchange transport mechanism to promote the release of oxygen from hemoglobin.Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: Oxygen Delivery is carefully regulated to maintain it at appropriate amounts as both excess and shortage in delivery of oxygen can be harmful.Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The Red Cell apart from delivering oxygen, plays a role in the regulation of blood flow. Red Cells sequentially consume and release Nitric Oxide (NO) for control of blood flow in response to changing oxygen levels.Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: Metabolic Sensor in Red Cell, Ion Exchange Transport mechanism, Release of Nitric Oxide to modulate Vascular tone and to cause vasodilation.
Heme Pigment and Hemoglobin – The Magic of Creation:
Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The Magic of Creation will be appreciated by simply comparing the structure of Hemoglobin molecule with Chlorophyll molecule. The affinity of Hemoglobin molecule for oxygen is predetermined by the ability of Chlorophyll molecule to trap radiant energy which is converted into chemical energy during the photosynthetic reaction. These molecules perform goal-oriented, sequential actions to achieve a predetermined purpose. Living things obtain energy not because of random, unguided, interactions of chemical molecules. Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The designing effect of pigments. Among biochromes, Heme, and Chlorophyll are the most important pigment substances that provide a striking contrast in color while having similar molecular structures.Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The four subunits (2 alpha, and 2 beta chains) of tetrameric Hemoglobin molecules. The synthesis of these chains need genetic information derived mainly from chromosomes 16 and 11. The Magic of Creation will be appreciated when its structure and function is compared with the structure and function of Chlorophyll molecules that impart green color to plants. Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: Heme is a respiratory pigment found in the Red Blood Cells of all vertebrates and some invertebrates. Pigment is a substance that imparts color to materials. Plants derive their green color from Chlorophyll pigment, and blood derives it red color from Heme pigment. Both Chlorophyll and Heme are similar molecules containing ring structures called Porphyrins. Chlorophyll contains Magnesium and Heme contains Iron that imparts the red color.
Adult hemoglobin is an alpha(2):beta(2) tetrameric hemeprotein; a combination of heme and the protein component called globin. Each subunit of a hemoglobin tetramer has a heme prosthetic group. The variations in amino acid composition impart marked differences in hemoglobin’s oxygen carrying properties. The quaternary structure of hemoglobin leads to physiologically important allosteric interactions between the subunits. Oxygen is incrementally loaded into the four subunits. In deoxygenated tissue, oxygen is incrementally unloaded from the four subunits and the affinity of hemoglobin for oxygen is reduced. Thus at the lowest oxygen tensions found in very active tissues, the bonding affinity of hemoglobin for oxygen is very low allowing maximal delivery of oxygen to the tissues.
To maintain the status called good and positive health, the cells, tissues, and organs of the multicellular human organism have to be interacting with each other in a harmonious manner. These interactions during normal, good health display characteristics such as mutual assistance, mutual cooperation, mutual tolerance, and mutual functional subordination to provide a benefit to the human individual who lives because of the functions of the cells, tissues, and organs that comprise his human body.
Spiritual Biotic Interactions – The Role of Red Blood Cells:
Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Red Blood Cell: The nature of Spiritual Biotic Interactions that maintain man’s existence can be studied by knowing the role of Red Blood Cells and their interaction with the tissues, and organs of the entire human body.
The terrestrial human organism represents a biotic, or biological community of about 100 trillion, individual, independent, mostly autonomous living cells that participate in constant interactions with each other. These interactions at cellular level are dependent upon the cognitive nature of the living cell. The living cell has the ability to recognize the presence of other cells in its immediate, external environment. The life of all of the cells in this biotic community that forms the human body requires energy input from an external source.
The term “Spiritual” describes a relationship, a partnership, an association, a bonding, or a connection between two living entities that can formulate an interaction that can display features such as assistance, cooperation, tolerance, subservience, subordination, sympathy, and compassion to provide some benefit to the partner that is participating in the biotic interaction.
The Red Blood Cells interact with the cells of tissues, and organs of human body to provide them a service, assistance, or a benefit without seeking any benefit in return. The Red Blood Cells do not seek to reproduce, have very minimal requirement for energy and willingly deliver oxygen to the tissues and relieve them from the burden imposed by the waste products of their metabolic activities. The ‘spiritual’ nature of such interaction is a reflection of the ‘spiritual’ nature of the Creator of the living entities who could be called the Whole Artist, the Whole Designer, or the Whole Architect who meticulously planned and instituted the mechanisms and provided the necessary tools for such varied interdependent, and interrelated interactions between living cells. Thus, the Red Blood Cells constitute the principal stabilizing, connective linkage among the trillions of living cells that comprise the biological community which gets recognized as the human being.

Whole Dude – Whole Designer – The Master Planner is still at Work: The Rudi Connection at Whole Foods describes the concept of Whole Designer
Yes Indeed, Life is Complicated. The complexity of Life involves the complex nature of the designing of the Living Things and as the Master Planner is still at Work, man gets the opportunity to visualize the artistic scheme of the World in which he exists.
Whole Dude – Whole Designer: The Cuckoo of India called “KOEL”, Eudynamys scolopacea . I only want to be heard and I do not want to be seen. I speak about the relation between sound and echo, the song and the singer, the Creator, and the created.
What it is to be a Substance? and What it is to Exist? We need to establish knowledge about the man and the world on a firm basis and the information it provides must be tested for its accuracy and consistency with an external reality. We have to make the fundamental distinction between the living and the non-living matter. The scientific advances of the 19th and 20th centuries reinforced the materialistic position concerning the basic similarity of organic living and inorganic physical matter. The man is viewed as a product of natural evolution and is thought to be subject to the same laws of Physics and Chemistry or mechanistic principles without the operation of any creative mechanism.
I speak about the relation between sound and echo, the song and the singer, the Creator, and the created.
The Rudi Connection at Whole Foods describes the concept of Whole Designer. I speak about the relation between sound and echo, the song and the singer, the Creator, and the created.
I use the method of ‘Applied Philosophy’ to analyze the concept of Spiritual Optics, the Spiritual dimension of biological coloration andto explain the concept of Whole Designer.
What is Color and What is Coloration?
The Rudi Connection at Whole Foods describes the concept of Whole Designer. What is Color? What is Coloration? I speak about the relation between sound and echo, the song and the singer, the Creator, and the created.
The term ‘color’ refers to the spectral qualities of emitted or reflected light. The term ‘coloration’ is a dynamic and complex characteristic that has captured human interest and attention for a long time. The human interest to coloration ranges from purely aesthetic to the rigidly pragmatic.
Biological Coloration:
The Rudi Connection at Whole Foods describes the concept of Whole Designer. I speak about the relation between sound and echo, the song and the singer, the Creator, and the created.
Biological Coloration refers to the general appearance of an organism as determined by the quality and quantity of light that is reflected or emitted from its surface. This Coloration depends upon several factors:
1. The integrity and deployment of the structural units and features involved in the generation of color,
2. The color and distribution of the organism’s pigments, and the relative location of differently colored areas,
3. The shape, posture, position, and movement of the organism,
4. The quality and quantity of light striking the organism, including the seasonal light and temperature variations,
5. The psychological, behavioral, hormonal, and other physiological conditions associated with the use of color,
6. The visual capacity of the viewer.
The comprehensive understanding of biological coloration demands a study of Physics, Chemistry, Physiology, Biology, Psychology and other subjects.

The term design means to make a plan, a pattern, or outline and carry out the execution by artistic arrangement in a skillful way. To produce an artistic unit, the designer will arrange the parts; details of form, color, etc., to fit into the artful scheme. Unlike an artist, the Whole Designer creates the whole scene using own imaginative power. Earth is in existence for a very long time. Who is the Artist? Who is the Designer?
The Designing of the Living Things. The Concept of Whole Designer.Who is the Artist? Who is the Designer? An artist uses colors with imagination to create forms and to generate a desired visual effect. A “Whole Artist” is a person who creates his own canvas, his own tools, his own pigments, and creates the desired visual effects while the forms that are created have no such creative and cognitive abilities.
No single function can explain the coloration of living things. We need a comprehensive theory that predicts the lines and patterns of coloration of plants and animals. An artist’s palette containing only three properly chosen colors is entirely adequate under most circumstances to produce the various visual effects of color that is observed. The optical mechanisms involved in the production of color are complex. Coloration is a dynamic and complex characteristic and the term must be clearly distinguished from the term ‘color’ which only refers to the spectral qualities of emitted or reflected light.
WholeDude – Whole Artist : Chilean Mimulus flowers. Mimulus luteus. Who is the artist that caused this visual effect?
It is apparent that plants, and animals have no cognitive abilities to produce the coloration by which they are recognized. However, the coloration displayed gives us a clue about the nature of the “Whole Artist” who could be using imagination, has feelings for the forms created and seeks satisfaction from the visual effects that he produced. If man has the ability called visual perception, he must use the ability to visualize the “Whole Artist” who is at work. I ask my readers to give attention to the three dimensions of Color Perception. These are, 1. The Designer or the Artist, 2. The Object of Perception, and 3. The visual capacity of the Viewer.

Whole Dude – Whole Beauty: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder who lives in Whole Harmony to experience Whole Beauty.
Beauty inheres in the object itself and may be judged objectively. Hume identified beauty with that which pleases the observer. Apart from the observer and the object, there is an entity called Artist who may have created the artistic form which generates the visual and the psychological experience described as Beauty.
Whole Dude – Whole Beauty: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder; a living person who can process sensory information and the feelings attached to the form generating the visual experience.
I ask my readers to reflect upon the concept of Beauty while viewing the marble statue of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of erotic love. The experience called Beauty essentially involves three entities, 1. The observer, 2. The Object, and 3. The Artist which includes the original creator of the human form or of the artistic elements that an observer can easily recognize. For that reason, the study of Beauty will always involve the concept of a Designer who paves the way for the creation of any work of art.
Whole Dude – Whole Designer-Whole Beauty
Whole Dude-Whole Designer- Whole Beauty: Alexander Gottlieb Baumgarten (1714-1762), German philosopher coined the term ‘Aesthetics’ from the Greek word for Perception (aisthesis). It denotes a realm of concrete knowledge in which content is communicated in sensory form.
Aesthetics is a branch of philosophy dealing with the nature of art and the criteria of artistic judgment.
Aesthetics involves the study or theory of beauty and of the psychological responses to it.
Aesthetics has developed into a broad field of knowledge and inquiry. The term was coined by Alexander Gottlieb Baumgarten to denote a realm of concrete knowledge in which content is communicated in sensory form. Now the term is applied to the study of all the works of the fine arts, the useful arts (crafts) and natural phenomena (eg., landscapes, the human face and body) that have aesthetic value and generate an experience called aesthetic experience.
Plato and Aristotle formulated the conception of art as an imitation of nature.
Baumgarten emphasizes on the importance of feeling. If art imitates nature, the artist must deliberately alter nature by adding elements of feeling to perceive reality.
The artistic process involves the use of illusion to mirror the creative process of the world.
A Study in Aesthetics – The Birth of Tragedy out of the Spirit of Music:
Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Whole Beauty: In his first book, The Birth of Tragedy Out of the Spirit of Music (1872), Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche presented a theory of Greek mythology and of the foundations of art. It remains a classic in the history of Aesthetics to this day.
In his first book, The Birth of Tragedy Out of the Spirit of Music (1872), German philosopher Nietzsche presents a theory of Greek mythology and of the foundations of art. He introduced his famous distinction or dichotomy between the Apollonian or rational element in human nature, and the Dionysian or passionate element of human nature as exemplified in the Greek gods Apollo and Dionysus. In Nietzsche’s view, man achieves a momentary harmony with the Primordial Mystery when the two principles of rational and passionate nature are blended either in art or in life. His book remains a classic in the history of Aesthetics to this day.
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Beauty: Son of Zeus, Greek god Apollo is the god of all plastic energies, the deity of light, god of reason, and god of life and form giving force. In art, Apollo is portrayed as the perfection of Youth and Beauty. Nietzsche describes Apollo as the reality that is ordered and differentiated by forms.Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Beauty: Greek god Dionysus is the god of fertility, and passion. He taught mankind viticulture. He is capable of dreadful revenge upon those who deny his divinity. According to Nietzsche, Dionysus represents reality as disordered and undifferentiated by forms. Dionysus is the god of Choral Music, self-forgetting, embraces chaos and frees the self to seek unity with others and gives way to a primal unity with Nature.
Nietzsche describes an art form that transcends the pessimism and nihilism of a fundamentally meaningless world. The tragedy of Ancient Greece was the highest form of art. The Apollonian element represents measure, restraint, and harmony The Apollonian element is found in the dialogue which gives a concrete symbolism that balances the Dionysian element. The Apollonian spirit is able to give form to the abstract Dionysian. Nietzsche claims that the Dionysian element is to be found in the music of the chorus. Under the influence of wine or of narcotic draught, the Dionysian element makes everything subjective to vanish into complete self-forgetfulness.
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Beauty: In Greek mythology, Orpheus, son of Apollo and Muse Calliope, played the Lyre beautifully that he charmed the beasts, trees, and rivers. He is seen recovering his wife Eurydice from Hades after her death. It describes the pain and suffering of human existence and the struggle to overcome it.Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Beauty: Greek god Orpheus brings his wife Eurydice from Hades after her death. But, tragically, he loses her when he turns to look back and he was not allowed to see her while she followed him out of Hades. The Greek religion of Orphism is based upon the dual aspect of human nature described as Good and Evil. Orpheus worshiped Apollo above Dionysus and Dionysus retaliated by killing him.
Nietzsche describes the inseparable ecstasy and suffering of human existence. He states that man’s ability to live creatively in optimistic harmony with the sufferings of life demand the use of both Apollonian and Dionysian elements. Plato reasons that it is only an aesthetic phenomenon that existence and world are eternally justified.
However, Nietzsche claims that knowledge and rationality in themselves do nothing to justify existence and the world. In Nietzsche’s view, life finds meaning only through art, music and tragedy. Existence and world become meaningful not as objects of knowledge but as artistic experiences. Nietzsche includes the Buddhist or the Eastern philosophy of pain and suffering as an inescapable attribute of human existence and emphasizes a tragic longing for nothingness and the absence of will. Nietzsche recommends to live a life in a human-dreamt world of illusions. He sees existence as an illusion of illusion. Nietzsche bemoaned the final destruction of Greek tragedy by Greek philosophical inquiry which sought a more logical connection between Nature and mankind. Euripides, Socrates and their disciples demanded a rational explanation of the Greek myths and caused the final destruction of Ancient Greece’s religion and culture.
The Concept of Whole Artist:
Whole Dude – Whole Beauty: The concept of Whole Beauty: Who is the Artist? An artist uses colors with imagination to create forms and to generate a desired visual effect. A “Whole Artist” is a person who creates his own canvas, his own tools, his own pigments, and creates the desired visual effects while the forms that are created have no such creative and cognitive abilities.
The term artist is used to describe a person who works in, or is skilled in the technique of any of the fine arts, especially in painting, drawing, and sculpture. The term artistry describes the artistic ability which includes the use of imagination, a feeling for form, and a feeling for effect.
I coined the phrase Whole Artist to describe a person who uses imagination to create his own canvas, his own tools, his own pigments, and creates the desired visual effects while the forms that are created have no such creative and cognitive abilities.
WholeDude – Whole Artist – The Colors of Chilean Mimulus flowers. Mimulus cupreus (Red Emperor). Who is the artist who produced this visual effect?
For example, plants may produce flowers of different colors while they essentially lack cognitive abilities to recognize the visual effect of the color they produce. The concept of Whole Artist helps me to visualize the beauty of these flowers by reflecting upon the artistic abilities of the Whole Designer who creates plants and flowers while giving the benefit of visual experience to the man.
The study, the theory of beauty, or Aesthetics helps us to know the nature of the Whole Artist.
Whole Beauty – Whole Existence -Whole Unity – Whole Harmony:
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Beauty: Greek philosophical inquiry sought a more logical connection between nature and mankind. Euripides and Socrates demanded a rational explanation of Greek myths and caused the final destruction of Homeric pantheon. I use the term ‘Whole Beauty’ to describe the ‘Wholeness’ of Human Existence that requires the ‘Whole Harmony’ between Dependence and Freedom, the Whole Harmony between Illusion and Reality, the ‘Whole Unity’ between Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul. At the School of Athens, artist Raphael uses the illusion of an artistic process to create a scene where Plato and Aristotle are debating their conflicting views about Human Nature and Human Existence.
Aesthetics involves the study of objects that have an inherent aesthetic quality to generate an aesthetic experience in the mind of an observer who has the capacity to interpret sensory information. An artist uses the artistic process to capture the creative process of the world by integrating illusion with reality.
In my analysis, the conflict in the nature of human existence is caused by the tension between the two basic elements called Dependence, and Freedom. Human Dependence upon an external source of energy and sustenance is made possible by the vital, animating principle called Spirit or Soul. The Joy, the Happiness, the Blissful condition of Existence gives the man the desire for Freedom, the Freedom or the Independence from Dependence that establishes the Existence. The pursuit of Freedom may make man to live dangerously with a spirit of recklessness. Finally, Death is inevitable as there is no escape from the nature of Dependent Existence. The man uses the power of Imagination to secure his Freedom from Death and Dependence. The man creates an illusion of eternal Life in which he sees the illusion of his Freedom. Spirit is the principle that governs the man’s desire for Freedom, and Independence. It is with the principle of Spirit the man is able to dream, imagine, and create an illusion that gives him the relief or the escape from the reality of pain and suffering.
Whole Dude – Whole Beauty: The Vitruvian Man c. 1492. The painting by Leonardo da Vinci displays the spirit of scientific inquiry. We must investigate the biological basis of Human Existence to know about Human Nature. The Nature is a reflection of the potency that keeps the Object existing.
I use the term ‘Whole Beauty’ to describe the integration of the human body with the principles of soul and spirit to bring ‘Whole Unity’ and ‘Whole Harmony’ between the conflicting elements of Dependence and Freedom.
I find the application of this artistic process in the works of Whole Artist or Whole Designer who makes the man to live on the surface of a fast spinning object called planet Earth where the Power of Time churns every future instant into a past instant without ever giving man the chance to recognize the experience of a present instant.
Whole Beauty captures the beauty of the reality of human existence derived from the experience of a Grand Illusion which effectively blocks the man from experiencing the harsh realities of existence in a world which is constantly moving at an amazing speed.
Whole Dude – Whole Beauty: To perceive beauty, I must not have no sensory experience of the harsh realities of existence on the surface of a fast, spinning object.

What is Color and What is Coloration?
Whole Dude – Whole Artist – Whole Aesthetics: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Whole Dude – Whole Artist – Whole Aesthetics: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
The Concept of Whole Artist:
Whole Dude – Whole Artist – Whole Aesthetics: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
The term artist is used to describe a person who works in, or is skilled in the technique of any of the fine arts, especially in painting, drawing, and sculpture. The term artistry describes the artistic ability which includes the use of imagination, a feeling for form, and a feeling for effect. I am using the term ‘Whole Artist’ to discover the person who may have used imagination to create forms to produce desired effects while the form itself lacks the cognitive abilities to generate its own form. Plants may produce flowers of different colors while they essentially lack cognitive abilities to recognize the visual effect of the color they produce. The study, the theory of beauty, or Aesthetics helps us to know the nature of the Whole Artist.
Whole Dude – Whole Artist – Whole Aesthetics: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Beauty inheres in the object itself and may be judged objectively. Hume identified beauty with that which pleases the observer. Baumgarten emphasized on the importance of feeling. If art imitates nature, the artist must deliberately alter nature by adding elements of feeling to perceive reality. The artistic process involves the use of illusion to mirror the creative process of the world.
Whole Dude – Whole Artist – Whole Aesthetics: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Aesthetics involves the study of objects that have an inherent aesthetic quality to generate an aesthetic experience in the mind of an observer who has the capacity to interpret sensory information. An artist uses the artistic process to capture the creative process of the world by integrating illusion with reality.
I use the term ‘Whole Aesthetics’ to describe the integration of the human body with the principles of soul and spirit to bring ‘Whole Unity’ and ‘Whole Harmony’ between the conflicting elements of Dependence and Freedom by using an artistic process of combining Reality with Illusion. I use the term ‘Whole Aesthetics’ to describe the ‘Wholeness’ of Human Existence that requires the ‘Whole Harmony’ between Dependence and Freedom, the Whole Harmony between Illusion and Reality, the ‘Whole Unity’ between the human body, spirit and soul.
I find the application of this artistic process in the works of Whole Artist or Whole Designer who makes the man to live on the surface of a fast spinning object called planet Earth where the Power of Time churns every future instant into a past instant without ever giving man the chance to recognize the experience of a present instant. Whole Aesthetics captures the beauty of the reality of human existence derived from the experience of illusion.
Whole Designer – Whole Artist-Whole Aesthetics:
WholeDude – Whole Artist : Chilean Mimulus flowers. Mimulus luteus. Who is the artist that caused this visual effect?
Plants have the ability of Photoreception but do not have organs of sense perception like eyes. They produce flowers as if an artist is at work. The flowers below all have two things in common: They’re beautiful, and they remind the human eye of something else entirely. These are flowers are just stunning works of art by nature.I am pleased to share the photo images of Orchids to explain the concept of Whole Designer and Whole Artist.
Masters of Plant Pareidolia
Whole Dude – Whole Artist – Whole Aesthetics: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Pareidolia is the tendency to see familiar or significant images in places where none is intended. Classic examples are sightings of Jesus or the Virgin Mary in wood grain or the pastime of looking for shapes in clouds. Pareidolia is encouraged in the Rorschach inkblot test. There are plenty of examples in the natural world, and orchids are particularly notable for looking like something else.
Monkey Face Orchid (Dracula simia)
Dracula simia is another species in the Dracula genus. As the name implies, the blooms of this orchid look exactly like a monkey’s face.
The monkey orchid (Orchis simia) is said to be shaped like a monkey’s body. A male monkey, to be sure.
Moth Orchid ( Phalaenopsis )
There are about 60 species of Moth Orchids (Phalaenopsis), which are native to Asia and popular among orchid growers. Many of them, if you look really close, appear to have a small bird emerging from their center. Get a closer look at this pink specimen.
Naked Man Orchid (Orchis italica)
Orchis italica is native to the Mediterranean area, and is sometimes called the Naked Man Orchid. You can see why. The blossoms even have little eyes and smiles!
Hooker’s Lips (Psychotria elata)
Orchids may be the masters of plant pareidolia, but they aren’t the only plants that look like something else. Psychotria elata is a tropical plant that produces the psychedelic chemical DMT. The plant is also called Hooker’s Lips. I can’t imagine why.
Dancing Girls (Impatiens bequaertii)
Laughing Bumble Bee Orchid (Ophrys bomybliflora)
While we can’t say that nature intended for an orchid to look like a male body or a flying duck, the orchid genus Ophrys has a simple reason for looking the way it does. The Bee Orchid (Ophrys apifera) bloom resembles a bee in order to attract bees. When a male bee tries to mate with the flower (because it’s so pretty), he ends up pollinating it. Using an insect to achieve plant sex is common, but using insect sex to achieve plant sex is brilliantly weird. It apparently works well, because Ophrys ranges over several continents.
Swaddled Babies (Anguloa uniflora)
Parrot Flower (Impatiens psittacina)
Snap Dragon Seed Pod (Antirrhinum)
Flying Duck Orchid (Caleana major)
The Australian orchid genus Caleana is still not fully classified, but it is commonly called the Flying Duck Orchid. The shape attracts the sawfly, which pollinates the plant. Each component of the flower is design to use the sawfly, like a bright color for it to see, a place to land, and a petal that traps the fly into taking a pollen-rich route out. That’s one smart duck!

Pure Phenomenology-Pure Consciousness-What is the Seat of Consciousness?
What it is to be a Substance? and What it is to Exist? We need to establish knowledge about the man on a firm basis and the information it provides must be tested for its accuracy and consistency with an external reality. We have to make the fundamental distinction between the living and the non-living matter. The scientific advances of the 19th and 20th centuries reinforced the materialistic position concerning the basic similarity of organic living and inorganic physical matter. The man is viewed as a product of natural evolution and is thought to be subject to the same laws of Physics and Chemistry or mechanistic principles.
We need a methodology to study philosophy and to understand philosophical statements. Logical Positivism, also known as Scientific Empiricism aims to clarify concepts in both everyday and scientific language. It describes analysis of language as the function of philosophy. This analysis of language and of concepts is important to understand questions of belief and ideology which affect what we think we ought to do individually and socially. I would use this method of ‘Applied Philosophy’ to analyze the concept of Spiritual Optics, the Spiritual Connection between Energy and Life. The Laws of Thermodynamics are important unifying principles of Biology. The First Law of Thermodynamics, also known as the Law of Conservation of Energy, states that Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Spiritual Optics accounts for the capacity of photoreception and the term Spiritual Light refers to the creation of Light by God to begin the designing of Matter described by Physics and Chemistry. I may not be able to discover the Purpose in my Life if I exist in Spiritual Darkness.
WHOLE DUDE – WHOLE DESIGNER – WHOLE PHENOMENON:
Pure Phenomenology-Pure Consciousness-What is the Seat of Consciousness?Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Whole Phenomenon: Northern Lights are described as a natural phenomenon. What is Phenomenon? Can we know Reality through Human Experience?
The word “Phenomenon” is described as any event, circumstance, or experience that is apparent to the senses and that can be scientifically described or apprised. Phenomenology is described as a study of perceptual experience. Edmund Gustav Albrecht Husserl (1859-1938), German philosopher and mathematician is the founder of Phenomenology. He offered a descriptive study of consciousness for the purpose of discovering the laws by which experiences of the objective world or of pure imagination can occur. It is my impression that all human experiences of the objective world and of human imagination can occur only under the influence of the Power/Force/Energy called Illusion which is popularly described as “MAYA” in Indian Sanskrit language. To facilitate a man’s powers of sensory and intuitive perception, it demands the operation of a mechanism called ‘Illusion’. The man has no choice other than that of gaining perceptual experience under the influence of Mercy, Grace, and Compassion that establishes, supports, and sustains the human existence. In this context of the fundamental basis for human existence, the term “Whole Phenomenon” can be stated as any event, circumstance, or experience that can be known by human senses, or the mental faculty called intuition under the influence of Illusion.
THE PHILOSOPHY OF CONSCIOUSNESS:
Pure Phenomenology-Pure Consciousness-What is the Seat of Consciousness? Whole Dude – Whole Designer – Whole Phenomenon: “Pure Phenomenology claims to be the science of pure phenomena. This concept of the phenomenon, which developed under various names as early as the eighteenth century without being clarified is what we shall have to deal with first of all.” – Edmund Husserl, the Founder of Phenomenology.
I share the same concern that was expressed by Edmund Husserl, the Founder of Phenomenology. We need to clarify the term phenomenon and it will become apparent that there can never be a Science of Pure Phenomena as the Subjective and Objective reality of the man’s physical existence on Earth’s surface depends upon the experience of Grand Illusion. Husserl shares the maxim of the “Philosophy of Consciousness” which states, “All consciousness is consciousness of something.” His chief works were ‘Logical Investigations’ (1900-1901), ‘Ideas for a Pure Phenomenology’ (1907), ‘Cartesian Meditations (1931), and ‘Experience and Judgment’ (1939). Husserl offers a descriptive study of consciousness, giving a description of the consciousness of time, he discusses a person’s experience of other minds and humans’ lived relationship with the world. He concludes that consciousness has no life apart from the objects it considers. But, in his later works he denies the existence of objects outside of consciousness. Husserl developed a philosophical method devoid of presuppositions by focusing purely on phenomena and elucidating their meaning through intuition. He held that experience is the source of all knowledge. His method of ‘phenomenological reduction’ excludes anything that cannot be perceived, and thus is not immediately given to the consciousness. Husserl’s method involves the study of phenomena, or appearances of human experience while attempting to suspend all consideration of their objective reality or subjective association. He wants to avoid all philosophical, and scientific presuppositions. He wants to discover the essential structures and relationships of the phenomena as well as the acts of consciousness in which the phenomena appear. In his later work, he suspends or excludes all beliefs about the external existence of the objects of consciousness. In his opinion, this suspension of all references to the reality of the thing experienced left the person with nothing but the experience itself. Husserl divides this experience into the “noesis” (act of consciousness) and the “noema” (object of consciousness). In my view, Husserl missed to state his understanding of the ‘Seat of Consciousness’. If consciousness is about the experience of something, that experience demands the existence of some material substance, or a Seat of Consciousness. I can mentally imagine the existence of immaterial things, and yet the experience of immaterial objects or things by acts of intuition need a seat of consciousness.
THE METHOD OF PHENOMENOLOGICAL REDUCTION:
Pure Phenomenology-Pure Consciousness-What is the Seat of Consciousness? Earth’s Rotational Spin provides the experience of Time by causing changes in the environment which Man perceives as Day and Night. This cyclical change of alternating periods of Light and Darkness is synchronized with Man’s Biological Rhythms. I invite my readers to apply the Method of Phenomenological Reduction to have the experience of any kind of natural phenomena after excluding the operative influence exerted by the Force of Gravitation.
Husserl proposes the methodological suspension of all judgments about the character and even about the existence of the objects of consciousness in order to describe the experience from inside. His concern is about what it means for something to appear, or to be a phenomenon. He finds it necessary to suspend judgment about the given reality of things, to “bracket” the data or consciousness, in order to describe them. He uses this method to examine imaginary objects just like other physical objects. He concludes that consciousness is dependent on the object it considers. He observes, “If all consciousness is subject to essential laws in a manner similar to that in which spatial reality is subject to mathematical laws, then these essential laws will be of most fertile significance in investigating facts of the conscious life of human and brute animals.” While I am not opposed to his phenomenological method, I observe that the ‘Whole Designer’ has already imposed a suspension, or exclusion upon the man’s cognitive abilities. The man can only perceive the reality of this physical world as a product of illusion and will never have consciousness of the fact of its speed of rotational spin and linear velocity as it revolves around Sun. I invite my readers to apply the Method of Phenomenological Reduction to have the experience of any kind of natural phenomena after excluding the operative influence exerted by the Force of Gravitation.

The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: In multicellular organisms, cells with the same genes must differentiate into many types. The Red Blood Cells are “designed” to perform their highly specialized functions.
If a man is viewed as a multicellular organism, the human subject finds his objective existence because of the living functions of the cells, tissues, and organ systems that provide the biological basis for that existence. The structural differentiation and the functional organization of various organ systems makes a man a very complex living organism.
THE RED BLOOD CELL-ERYTHROCYTE-THE RED CORPUSCLE:
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: Erythropoiesis. Red Blood Cells are formed in the bone marrow. Hemoglobin Synthesis begins during the Proerythroblast stage of the RBC Cycle. Heme synthesis takes place in the mitochondria and the protein, globin molecule is synthesized in ribosomes. The mature Red Cells have no nuclei, and no intracellular organelles like the mitochondria and the ribosomes. The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: Red Blood Cells are packed with hemoglobin. Each Red Cell contains over 600 million hemoglobin molecules. A normal man has about 5 liters of blood containing more than 25 trillion Red Blood Cells. Each lives for about 100 to 120 days. Red Blood Cells sustain their meager energy needs by a form of anaerobic respiration.
In its profile view, the Red Blood Cell appears dumbbell-shaped. A normal man has about 5 liters of blood containing more than 25 trillion Red Blood Cells. There are about 5.2 million Red Blood Cells per cubic millimetre of blood in adult humans.
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: The Red Cell has the ability to work as an oxygen sensor and it also has the ability to modulate the tone of the blood vessel in which it travels passively. By initiating a mechanism, the Red Cell can cause an effect called vasodilation that would increase the flow of blood in blood vessels to meet the local tissue oxygen demand. The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: The Red Cells move passively in the blood circulation, but can actively interact with the blood vessel in response to the oxygen tension of the tissues. These interactions are helped by PR(Purinergic Receptor), Erythrocyte-derived Adenosine triphosphate(ATP), Gi(Heterotrimeric G Protein), cAMP(3’5′-Adenosine monophosphate), PKA(Protein Kinase A), CFTR(Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator, ? unidentified conduit for ATP release + stimulation. Through oxygen-dependent release of the vasodilator ATP, signal transduction within the RBC and microvessels, the SMC(the smooth muscle cell) of the blood vessel is stimulated to dilate. The signals pass through the Endo(endothelium) or the cells that line the inner surface of the blood vessel.

HEME PIGMENT AND HEMOGLOBIN – THE MAGIC OF CREATION:
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: The Magic of Creation will be appreciated by simply comparing the structure of Hemoglobin molecule with Chlorophyll molecule. The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: The designing effect of pigments. Among biochromes, Heme, and Chlorophyll are the most important pigment substances that provide a striking contrast in color while having similar molecular structures. The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: The four subunits( 2 alpha, and 2 beta chains) of tetrameric Hemoglobin molecules. The synthesis of these chains need genetic information derived mainly from chromosomes 16 and 11. The Magic of Creation will be appreciated when its structure and function is compared with the structure and function of Chlorophyll molecules that impart green color to plants. The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: Heme is a respiratory pigment found in the Red Blood Cells of all vertebrates and some invertebrates.
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Designing of the Red Blood Cell: The nature of Spiritual Biotic Interactions that maintain the man’s existence can be studied by knowing the role of Red Blood Cells and their interaction with the tissues, and organs of the entire human body.

WHOLE DUDE – WHOLE DESIGNER -WHOLE SPIRIT
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. What is Spirit? What is Life?
Life depends upon a virtually uninterrupted supply of materials or matter for its metabolism. If the word Spirit or Soul is defined as the vital, animating principle found in all living things, we need to understand the relationship between Matter and Spirit. The concern about the importance of matter is often ridiculed as Materialism, and man is often directed to value Spiritualism where the point of emphasis is man’s direct relationship with God. The separation of Matter and Spirit as two distinct entities will not help us to understand the reality of human existence. Man has to know that there is no disunity between Matter and Spirit. If Spirit is the medium of direct relationship between man and God, the nature of this medium is discovered from the nature of matter that man consumes as food and drink to establish his life. Food always represents the activities of the Living Things and hence the Source of Food and the Source of Life share a Common Source of Origin.
WHAT IS MANNA? WHAT IS IT? IS IT FOOD?
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Spirit: What is Manna? What is it? Is it Food? Manna is described as a special substance provided for the Hebrews during the exodus from Egypt. The name is of uncertain meaning. This substance or matter called Manna saved the lives of Hebrews and specifically protected them from hunger and thirst, the two primary sensations that reveal man’s dependence upon physical matter for his conditioned existence. Its miraculous delivery from heaven shows the nature of relationship between man, matter, spirit, and God.
The Old Testament Book of Exodus (Chapter 4, verse #4) and the Book of Numbers (Chapter 11, verse#9) describe “Manna” coming with the dew, and may have collected in dewdrops. It was white, of delicious flavor, and resembled the seed of coriander, and it was both tasty, and nourishing. Being seed like in form, it had to be ground and was used in making bread. As soon as other food was available, the miraculous supply of Manna ceased (The Book of Joshua, Chapter 5, verse #12). No known substance meets the description of this food material. The Bible makes it certain that Manna came as a temporary provision and Hebrew writers described it as “corn from heaven”, bread from heaven, and as “angels’ bread.” However, I see its importance from the statement made by Jesus to make a distinction between physical matter, and Spirit or Spiritual Matter.
GOD IS THE SOURCE OF LIFE WITH MATTER AND SPIRIT:
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Spirit: God has absolute Life in Himself and is the source of all Life. If God is uncreated, Life is Eternal, Immortal, Imperishable, Indestructible, Immutable, Immovable, and is uncreated. The Gospel According to Apostle John, Chapter 5, verse#26 states:”For as the Father has Life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have Life in Himself.” It must be noted that Spirit inhabits the entire body and is not limited to some unknown area of brain, or heart. Spirit belongs to both flesh, and blood. The condition called “Death” is a variable condition like the dimensions of Matter, Energy, Space, and Time, the building blocks used in the plan and in the design of all things present in the universe.
Life is a complex concept with varied shades of meaning. It may denote physical or natural life. The term Life is often used to describe the actions, or experiences, the activities, and the relations that make up Life. If Spirit is the vital principle of Life, or Breath of Life, God has infused Spirit into the substance of man making him a living Soul. This Spirit inhabits the entire body of the person and makes man a Spiritual being. The Old Testament Book of Genesis, Chapter 2, verse#7 proclaims: “The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” The problem of physical death, the period of man’s earthly existence, and the duration of man’s lifetime has to be explained taking into account the imperishable nature of Matter and the Laws of Conservation of Mass and Energy. Jesus speaks to Nicodemus, who was described as a leading Pharisee, and a member of the Sanhedrin. He came to Jesus by night and the conversation is reported in the New Testament Book of John, Chapter 3, verses 1 to 21. He instructed him: “Jesus answered, I tell you the truth, no one can enter the Kingdom of God unless he is born of the water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to Spirit”(verses 5 and 6) and made Nicodemus aware of his need by announcing the necessity of a new birth in order “to see the Kingdom of God.” The man is constituted as a Spiritual being and due to the intervention of sin, the man has become ignorant of his own true, or real spiritual nature. To save himself from the burden imposed by sin, the man has to be infused with Spirit and Jesus says that man who is born, must experience rebirth. Jesus further explained this relation between Matter and Spirit in the Book of John, Chapter 6, in several verses(#25-69). In verse#35 Jesus declared: “I am the Bread of Life. He who comes to me will never go hungry and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.” Jesus has clearly recognized that Matter and Spirit serve the same function, the function of supporting Life in two different dimensions. Jesus is the source of Life and Spirit and that Spirit inhabits His entire body, in flesh and blood, and is not limited to a secret hiding place in either mind or heart. The Old Testament Book of Leviticus, Chapter 17, verse#14 states: “because the life of every creature is its blood.” If Life is associated with blood, Spirit is also associated with blood. In John 6:63, Jesus states: “The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are Spirit and they are life.” Man who faces the burden of sin called Death, is required to infuse himself with Spirit, and the source of this Spirit is the Word that was spoken.
THE LIVING WATERS – THE SATIATION OF HUNGER AND THIRST – THE EXPERIENCE OF JOY:
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Spirit: The Concept of Living Waters. Jesus talks with a Samaritan woman at Jacob’s Well near the village of Sychar. Apparently, Jesus was thirsty like any other human being and had asked the woman to serve Him water and carefully explained as to how the physical matter or substance called water can become the “Living Waters” in both physical Life and Spiritual Life. Water is physical matter and is the most important chemical molecule of all physical Life. And in a similar manner, when infused with Spirit, it becomes the source for eternal Life. The satisfaction of both physical, and Spiritual hunger and thirst is experienced by man.
It is very easy to understand the experience called thirst. Hunger and Thirst are the symptoms that define the nature of man’s conditioned existence. The conversation between Jesus and a Samaritan woman at Jacob’s Well near the village of Sychar is reported in the New Testament Book of John, Chapter 4, verses # 4 to 42. It is abundantly clear that the nature of Spirit can be understood from the nature of Matter as both of them have a role in providing sustenance to man and maintain his Life. To fetch water from a well, man needs tools like a rope, and a cistern. Similarly, man needs the tools called Faith and Belief to insert or to infuse, or imbibe Spirit into his mind, heart, and body and gain access to eternal Life. Just like the rope, and the cistern, to quench Spiritual Thirst, and to feed Spiritual Hunger, man needs tools called Faith and Belief. When man’s thirst, and hunger are fully satisfied, the satiated person gets the experience called Contentment. When Spiritual Thirst, and Spiritual Hunger are satiated, man gets the experience called Joy. The human experience called Joy is as real as the experience of hunger and thirst.
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Spirit: What is Spirit? What is Life? Matter and Spirit Relationship: The Living Waters: The New Testament, The Gospel According to John, Chapter 3, verse#5 , Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the Kingdom of God unless he is born of the water and the Spirit.” Water is physical matter but it is derived from an Infinite Substance called God and hence it can be a source of eternal Life.
In my opinion, Matter, and Spirit work together to establish man’s relationship with God. For God is the only unchangeable, or eternal reality; wherever man is, in Life or in Death, God will be there. If this relationship pertains to a matter of Faith and Belief, The Old Testament Book of Psalms, The Book of King David, Psalm 16, verse #10 gives the Hope:
“Because you will not abandon me to the grave,
nor will you let your Holy one see decay.”
Life means the experience of Peace, Harmony, Tranquility, Hope, Fear, Love, Joy, and Wisdom. The problem of Death is experienced as a Fear as Death means the inability to have the subjective experiences associated with Life. But, the man does not exist in the physical world because of the abilities of his physical, or mental work. The man exists because of the nature of Matter, and Spirit and this nature is only an extension of the Divine Nature.
What is Matter? and What is Spirit? What is the Color of Money? If materialism is about the influence of material wealth, I would like to use the Power/Force/Energy called Money to talk about Life and Death. The Laws of Conservation are applicable to both the living, and the non-living matter. Hence, it can be stated that “Life can neither be created nor destroyed.” If any person can refute my claim using valid, scientific information, I would offer the person a US $1,000 bill as a reward
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. Light and Matter Interactions. The Magic Called Photochemistry. The artistic beauty of the surrealist masterpiece, LesAmantsII (1928), by René Magritte visualizes two entities, locked in an ambiguous setting and unable to truly communicate or touch but essentially entangled. This piece of art reveals a couple (like entangled entities) separated by the veil of physical realm, entities distinct yet connected
Spiritual Optics accounts for the capacity of photoreception and the term Spiritual Light refers to the creation of Light by God to begin the designing of Matter.
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. Light and Matter Interactions. The Magic called Photochemistry.
WHOLE DUDE – WHOLE DESIGNER – PHOTOCHEMISTRY:
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: Johann Heinrich Schulze or Schultz (1687-1744), German Professor of Anatomy had discovered in 1727 that the phenomenon of darkening of silver salts was caused by light and not heat. He used those effects to capture temporary photographic images.
Photochemistry is the study of chemical processes that are exclusively brought about by the interaction of light with matter. The term design describes the action to make a plan, a pattern and carry out the execution by artistic arrangement in a skillful way. Artists, Designers, and Architects are persons who make plans, patterns, the artful scheme for the arrangement of parts, the details, the form, the substance, the color, etc., so as to produce an artistic unit. The study of Photochemistry helps us to recognize the artistic work of a Whole Designer, a Whole Architect, and a Whole Artist who uses Light, Matter, Color, Space, and Time to create living systems which are interdependent, interrelated, and interconnected. The existence of two major systems of Life, plants, and animals is perfectly synchronized and each performs its living functions to complement the living functions performed by the other. Photochemistry establishes the fundamental basis for this spiritual relationship among the living systems. I am pleased to narrate the story about Photochemistry sharing the images of a number of chief players who contributed to the understanding of the design that formulates the interaction between the Laws of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to generate this amazingly wonderful artistic unit called planet Earth which provides the home to all living things.
THE LAW OF PHOTOCHEMISTRY:
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: Theodor von Grotthuss (1785-1822), German chemist in 1817 stated the first law of Photochemistry.Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: John William Draper (1811-1882), American chemist, physician, photographer conducted research in Photochemistry. He produced the first clear photograph of human face. He had confirmed the claim made by Grotthus; only light that is absorbed by a system can cause a photochemical reaction.
Grotthuss – Draper Law of Photochemistry: Light must be absorbed by a chemical substance in order for a photochemical reaction to take place. Photochemical reactions are chemical processes initiated by the absorption of energy in the form of visible, infrared or ultraviolet radiation. Johann Heinrich Schulze discovered in 1727 that silver nitrate darkens upon exposure to light. The darkening of silver salts is a phenomenon known since the 16th century and possibly earlier and the effect of light on chemical substances was not understood. The art and science of Photography is based on a photochemical process, the action of light on grains of silver chloride, or silver bromide.
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: Heinrich Rudolf Hertz 1857-1894), German physicist while experimenting on electromagnetic waves, discovered the Photoelectric Effect in which light falling on special surfaces can generate electricity.
Heinrich Rudolf Hertz who expanded James Clerk Maxwell’s electromagnetic theory discovered the Photoelectric Effect in 1887. His research contributed to the development of radio, television, and radar.
THE PHOTOELECTRIC EFFECT:
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: Albert Einstein (1879-1955), American theoretical physicist received the 1921 Nobel Prize for Physics particularly for his work on Photoelectric Effect.
Photoelectric effect describes the emission of electrons by substances when light falls on their surface. Light energy is transferred in discrete packets, or photons. The energy of each photon is equal to the frequency of the light multiplied by Planck’s Constant “h”. Light imparts energy to a charged particle when one of its photons collides with the particle. In a photochemical process, one atom or molecule absorbs a single quantum of light energy called photon. The immediate consequence of the absorption of one photon by one atom or molecule is called the primary photochemical process. The basic process by which light is absorbed by matter was first proposed by Albert Einstein (1905). His Theory of Light has established that a beam of light is a beam of photons, or quanta (energy packets) of electromagnetic radiation.
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: The Photoelectric Effect describes the emission of electrons by substances when light falls on their surface.Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: The energy change initiating a photochemical process always involves excitation of one electron from a state of low energy to a state of higher energy. The energy content of light depends upon its frequency.
When a quantum of light energy (a photon) is absorbed by a molecule, the direct consequence of this interaction is that the molecule is raised to an electronically excited state. The electronically excited state can be viewed as a molecule in which the distribution of the electrons about the atoms that compose the molecule is changed relative to the normal, or ground state of the molecule. Because the electronic distribution affects such properties as bond strengths and molecular geometry, many changes can take place in an electronically excited state that may not occur in the normal, or ground state. The consequences of the absorption of light by a chemical molecule and the subsequent formation of an electronically excited state can be grouped into two main classes; 1. Physical processes, and 2. Chemical processes. In a Photophysical process, a molecule undergoes no direct change in its chemical identity. Examples: Fluorescence, Phosphorescence, and the Photoelectric Effect. In Photochemical processes some change takes place in the bonding arrangement of the atoms in the molecule. Simple photochemical reactions involve the breaking or rearranging of a chemical bond, or both. Visible light and Ultraviolet light are intrinsically energetic enough to break several types of chemical bonds. Photochemistry differs from most other aspects of Chemistry in one regard. If an atom or molecule absorbs energy from a beam of light, it gains far more energy than it ever could by other methods; eg. from ordinary heating. Consequently, photochemical processes are sometimes extremely efficient for the conversion of energy from light into Chemical energy.
The most important photochemical process for living systems is the process of Photosynthesis.
PHOTOELECTRIC CELL:
Photoelectric Cell or Photocell is a device whose electrical characteristics vary when light is incident upon it. Three different kinds of Photoelectric Cells exist that use the three different forms of the Photophysical reaction called the Photoelectric Effect. 1. The Photoconductive Cell, known as a Photoresistor is the sensor that scans codes on grocery items in Supermarkets at Checkout Counters.
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: Photoconductive Cell or Photoresistor is popularly used in Supermarkets to scan the codes on grocery items at Checkout Counters.
2. The Photoemissive Cell; Phototubes, “Electric Eyes” that trigger the automatic opening of doors are examples of the Photoemissive Cells.
Whole Dude- Whole Designer-Photochemistry: Photoemissive Cells. A common example is the Electric Eye that triggers the automatic opening of doors.
3. The Photovoltaic Cell used in Fiber Optics technology, and the Solar Cells are common examples of Photovoltaic Cells which convert light energy into electric energy. For Solar Cells, Solar Energy, or Sun is the source of light and it has several applications.
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Photochemistry: Photovoltaic Cell, Solar Cell uses Sunlight as the source of energy and converts it into electric energy.
Photochemical reactions that play a vital role in biological systems are called Photobiological processes. Photochemistry establishes relationship between the laws of Physics, and Chemistry with the living functions to synchronize the interactions between Light and Matter that is important for Life to exist on planet Earth.
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. Light and Matter Interactions. The Magic of Photochemistry. THE ART OF KNOWING : HOW DO PLANTS KNOW WHAT THEY KNOW ? PLANTS KNOW ABOUT LIGHT, THE LENGTH OF DAY, AND THE DURATION OF DARKNESS CALLED NIGHT. THERE IS NO “INTELLECT” INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS OF KNOWING. THE ABILITY OF KNOWING LIGHT OR PHOTORECEPTION IS EXPLAINED BY PHOTOCHEMISTRY.
Green plants with Chlorophyll pigment trap light energy, and transform it into chemical energy and use it in the process described as Photosynthesis. It is a creative mechanism to transform one form of energy into a different form of stored chemical energy that can be further used to create new forms of matter called organic molecules that are not present in nature. These organic molecules come into existence because of the activity of living things. It shows the intent of a designer to use energy, and matter to create the visual, sensory effect.
Who is the Artist? Who is the Designer?
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. The Phenomenon of Color Perception. Who is the Artist? Who is the Designer?

The word ‘Expose’ refers to the process of making a hidden fact, or secret known; to lay open, to make accessible, to allow to be seen, disclose, unmask, reveal, display, or exhibit to get public attention to some information. Victoria’s Secret which designs fashionable lingerie for women disclosed that South African Fashion Model, Candice Swanepoel models Victoria’s Secret’s $10 Million “Royal Fantasy” bra in its fashion show. It gives me the opportunity to examine the philosophical doctrine of Materialism and my doctrine of Spiritualism in which I claim that Spirit and Soul are material substances that establish man’s relationship with God.

While it is easy to estimate the price of the Bra, how do we estimate the worth of the human person? The estimation of the value of human flesh will expose the Secret of man’s relationship with God.
Victoria’s Secret has established this tradition of presenting very expensive, or very pricey pieces of women’s lingerie. The “Royal Fantasy Bra” is one of the most expensive bras in the Fashion Show’s history. This bra is created by jeweler Mouawad and is adorned with over 4,200 precious gems including rubies, diamonds, and yellow sapphires all handset in 18-karat Gold. The center piece of attraction is a 52-karat, pear-shaped Ruby. It took about 500 hours to prepare this Fantasy Bra.

We have to learn to estimate the price of human being, the price of all of its parts, the living matter that form the human person.WHOLE DUDE-WHOLE DESIGNER-WHOLE EXPOSE: The value and beauty of precious stones or Gemstones is determined by characteristics like the optical effects of the material, rarity of the material, and the durability of the material. As the saying goes, “The Beauty lies in the Eye of the Beholder.” The value and beauty of insensible, physical matter depends upon the nature of “Sensible Matter” or Matter that has Cognitive Ability. While estimating the price of material, we need to know the distinction between physical matter, and sensible matter. This Fantasy Bra is a product of man’s idea, and imaginative power where a thought is converted into a physical reality. Can man create Living Matter using his power of imagination?
Karl Marx proposed a theory of Materialism that is not based upon mechanistic principles. He opposed G.W.F. Hegel’s Idealism with his theory of Dialectical Materialism which holds that everything is material and that human beings create social life solely in response to economic needs. He used his theory to predict the course of human history whereas I tend to use Materialism to explain the problems of method and interpretation used in Science. I would like to share some photo images of Victoria’s Secret’s Fashion Models which expose man’s involvement with insensible physical matter that has no role in supporting man’s biological existence. It is suggested that a materialist is interested mainly in sensuous pleasures and bodily comforts and hence is concerned about acquiring material possessions that bring pleasure and happiness. Life itself is dependent upon a virtually uninterrupted supply of materials for its metabolism during its entire period of existence called lifetime. Apart from the value of material, we have to pay attention to the functional role of the material to understand if it can contribute to joy, and happiness in Life.

THE GEMSTONES AND THE VALUE OF PHYSICAL MATTER:
Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Expose: The Diamond named Koh-i-Noor belongs to my native State of Andhra Pradesh in India. Over centuries, the ownership of this fabulous diamond (Mountain of Light) has changed. Unfortunately, the man has not understood the worth of his own flesh, and bones.Whole Dude-Whole Designer-Whole Expose: This is the copy of the photo image of the restored Koh-i-Noor Diamond. It appears flawless. Its beauty has not diminished under the influence of Time. The truth that I want to expose is about the preciousness of this Gemstone. Diamond crystal may grow and yet it lacks the ‘Dynamism’ of Living Matter. Living body has the ability to heal itself and repair its wounds. If this Diamond is cracked, it has no natural ability to correct its defect.
Man has recognized the physical nature of material world and has associated a sense of value with characteristics like physical appearance; lustre, shape, color, and form; durability, resistance to corrosion, and rarity of the material. The word ‘Diamond’ comes from the Latin word ‘Adamas’, and Greek word ‘Adamant’ which means unconquerable, or invincible for it is known as a very hard substance apart from its reflective and refractive properties which can be enhanced by cutting and polishing the stone. A prepared diamond can reflect all the spectral colors. By chemical composition, diamond is defined as a crystalline form of Carbon and yet this Carbon is unlike the Carbon found in all living, organic matter. A diamond cannot replace or repair the broken structures of its own substance, whereas the human body has the inherent ability to heal itself using a natural process called ‘Repair and Inflammation’.
WHOLE DUDE-WHOLE DESIGNER-WHOLE EXPOSE: Diamond. The Carbon of Diamond does not take part in Carbon Cycle, a nutrient cycle of chemical elements and chemical molecules that define Life and constitute the living matter. Diamond is an exceptionally hard substance and yet it cannot provide the matter and energy that man gets from organic carbon compounds.
The mineral known as ‘Corundum’ derives its name from Tamil word “Kurundam” and Sanskrit word “Kuruvinda.” It is composed of Aluminum Oxide. It is second only to the diamond in hardness. Pure, transparent varieties of Corundum include the Ruby and Sapphire. Ruby is a clear deep-red variety and the red color is due to minute amounts of Chromic Oxide. Diamonds, Rubies, and other precious stones and gems are known to man for thousands of years and several of them were discovered in India.

The blue color is due to small amounts of iron and titanium. Man exists under the canopy called Sky which is blue. The Blue Sky needs the presence of gaseous molecules of water vapor to generate the color. Blue color is associated with water and its ability to create an atmosphere needed for living things. The Laws of Physics can explain the generation of Color but cannot explain the mysterious role of water and its presence in living matter.
Sapphire is derived from Sanskrit word “Sanipriya” which means dear to Sanih or the Beloved of planet Saturn. It is a clear deep-blue variety of Corundum and the yellow variety is known as Yellow Sapphire. It is associated with “Beryl”, extremely hard Beryllium and Aluminum Silicate minerals occurring in crystals that are white, yellow, blue, green, or colorless.

It is another variety of Corundum. Sunflowers are yellow too. But, Sunflowers exhibit a behavior called ‘heliotropism’ and exhibit motion that is stimulated by Sun’s motion.
MATERIALISM vs SPIRITUALISM:
Materialism is described as a view that considers all facts, the reality of all things including facts about the human mind and will and the course of human history are causally dependent upon matter, physical processes, or even reducible to Laws of Physics, Chemistry or other mechanistic principles. Materialism tries to explain the nature of reality by examining matter or material objects. The doctrine of Materialism denies the existence of immaterial things but cannot deny the existence of a dimension called space. Matter with form and specific properties cannot exist if the dimension called space does not exist. However, I am not opposed to the doctrine of Materialism, and just like the materialists, I would insist upon settling questions by reference to public observation and not to private intuition. As per this doctrine of Materialism, it may be stated that 1. mental events including ideas, imagination, and feelings are in reality represent certain complicated physical events, 2. mental processes are entirely determined by physical processes, 3. mental and physical processes are two aspects of what goes on in a substance which is both a mental and a body substance at the same time, and 4. thoughts and wishes influence an individual’s life, but the course of human history is determined by the interactions of masses of people and masses of material things in a predictable manner without reference to the higher processes of thought and will. Materialism is said to be opposed to belief in God, in disembodied spirits, in free will, or in certain kinds of introspective psychology. In modern Quantum Physics, matter is explained in terms of fundamental subatomic particles where the mass of a particle represents its energy content. It could be true that living matter is constituted by such fundamental particles, but the understanding of living matter demands the separation of matter and energy. Living matter is defined by chemical molecules and their structural and functional organization that demands supply of energy from an external source.

When even his food became gold, his daughter turned into gold, he washed away his power in the Pactolus River. This story reveals the relationship between Physical Matter and Spiritual Matter.
The Spiritualism that I describe speaks about the spiritual nature of the living matter. Living Matter is always united with Spirit and Soul, and the presence of Spirit and Soul is reflected in the functional characteristics of the Living Matter that is sensible, and uses its cognitive ability to attract matter found in its external environment and uses that matter to build new molecules of its own substance to maintain its own existence through guided, sequential, selective, and intelligent actions. In other words, Life is a ‘Dynamic’ process and the chemical molecules that constitute the living matter are continually replaced. The Living matter must be supplied energy for continual synthesis of new organic molecules and to replace, or to repair broken organic molecules. The word ‘Metabolism’ is used to describe the processes of synthesis and breakdown of chemical molecules that living matter uses by a constant supply of the materials of which it is composed. The developments in Material Sciences such as Physics and Chemistry indicate that the notion of “Cause” and of “Universal Determinism” cannot be entirely denied. It is important to know the physical worth of human body by understanding the nature of its substance. The value of the human body is not related to the material that may be used to adorn the body. If all the diamonds, rubies, emeralds, sapphires, and pearls of this planet Earth are invested together, the man cannot synthesize a gram of the living matter described as Protoplasm, or Cytoplasm, the corporeal substance found in the human body that builds its own flesh, blood, and bones. All the material wealth if combined is not equivalent to the wealth of spiritual nature that is required to synthesize living matter from its constituent chemical elements and chemical molecules that can be easily purchased or found in nature.
Who is the Artist? Who is the Designer?
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. Chlorophyll formulates the Spiritual Connection between Energy and Life. Who is the Artist? Who is the Designer?

If a man has the ability called visual perception, he must use the ability to visualize the “Whole Artist” who is at work. I ask my readers to give attention to the three dimensions of Color Perception. These are, 1. The Designer or the Artist, 2. The Object of Perception, and 3. The visual capacity of the Viewer.

They could be some of the oldest living organisms of planet Earth. Chlorophyll formulates the Spiritual Connection between Energy and Life: Chlorella vulgaris, spherical, unicellular organisms with Chlorophyll pigment have no capacity called visual perception. However, the man can easily recognize the green coloration and can look for the presence of Chlorophyll. In the final analysis, the function of the design is not simply a matter of producing visual satisfaction.
The word Chlorophyll is derived by combining two Greek words; Chloros means green, and Phyllon means a leaf. It refers to the green pigment found in the Cyanobacteria (Blue-Green algae), and in the chloroplasts of Grass-Green algae, and plant cells. Chlorophyll occurs in five forms; especially Chlorophyll a, and Chlorophyll b. Chlorophyll a is the most widely distributed form in nature.

Chlorophyll formulates the Spiritual Connection between Energy and Life: Chlorophyll pigments are found in all green plant cells and they are the most important biomolecules in nature.
The pigments of biological tissues that reflect or transmit light are known as biochromes. Apart from causing, or generating color, biochromes play a pivotal role in metabolic processes. Chlorophyll is a nitrogenous biochrome, an organic molecule that contains nitrogen. It is the only substance in nature that has the ability to trap and store the energy of Sunlight. It absorbs light most strongly in the blue portion of the electromagnetic spectrum followed by the red portion. It is a poor absorber of green and near-green portions of the spectrum. The green portion of the spectrum is reflected and thus Chlorophyll appears green.

French chemists, Joseph Bienaime Caventou and Pierre Joseph Pelletier get the credit for first isolating Chlorophyll in 1817. They paved the way for research on natural organic compounds and they established the foundation for Alkaloid Chemistry. They isolated several plant alkaloids like Quinine, Strychnine, Emetine, and Caffeine. The general molecular structure of Chlorophyll was first described by Hans Fischer, a German chemist in 1940. Fischer investigated pigments in blood, bile, and Chlorophyll in leaves. He was awarded 1930 Nobel Prize for Chemistry.

Pyrrole describes a class of organic compounds of the heterocyclic series characterized by a ring structure composed of four carbon atoms and one nitrogen atom. In Chlorophyll, four Pyrrole rings (Tetrapyrrole) are joined in a larger ring system known as Porphyrin. Porphyrins are a group of water-soluble, nitrogenous Pyrrole derivatives that combine with either Iron, or Magnesium. Chlorophyll has a Porphyrin ring (Chlorin ring) coordinated to a central Magnesium ion.

The Chlorophyll molecule is the active part that absorbs the Sunlight. In order to do this job called photo reception, Chlorophyll needs to be attached to the backbone of a very complicated protein. This protein may look haphazard in design, but it has exactly the correct structure to orient the Chlorophyll molecules in the optimal position to enable them to react with Carbon Dioxide, and Water molecules in a very efficient manner. The Chlorophyll photosynthetic pigments perform the light harvesting function because of Chlorophyll-Protein Complex that is part of the Thylakoid Membrane of the Chloroplast, the disc-like structures in which the pigment is found.

WHOLE DESIGNER – WHOLE ARCHITECT:
The Material Basis of Spirituality Science. Spiritual Optics. Chlorophyll formulates the Spiritual Connection between Energy and Life: The biological production of color is more complex than the use of a Color Order System described by Albert Henry Munsell. In green plants, the color is associated with an important function called Photosynthesis which involves the ability to trap radiant energy. The design involves the use of parts, format for the structural components, various details apart from a color scheme. I name this as the work of a Whole Designer. The green pigment called Chlorophyll is found inside structures or Artistic Units called Chloroplasts.
In biology, the generation of color is more complex than the use of a Color Order System described by Albert Henry Munsell. Firstly, the information for the Color Order System must be transplanted in the genetic material such as the DNA of the organism to make the information as its hereditary characteristic. Secondly, when we look at the green plants, the green pigment called Chlorophyll is found inside structures called Chloroplasts. It involves the designing and arrangement of parts, details of structural units, and formulate a creative scheme apart from the use of the scheme for the color. The fact of designing can be known by studying the purpose and the functions of the Artistic Unit that is created.
Chlorophyll is not simply about generating coloration in plant leaves. It describes the work, the imagination, the inspiration used by a Whole Architect who uses matter, energy, time, space, and color in a very creative manner.
