I describe the Seven Dimensions of Man to define the phrase Whole Man, or Whole Person, or Whole Dude. These dimensions are 1. Man, the Physical Being with cells, tissues, organs, and organ systems, 2. Man, the Mental Being with thoughts, feelings, and moods, 3. Man, the Social Being, in which the Singularity of Man, in reality, represents a vast biological or biotic community of interacting individual, independent cells apart from trillions of organisms, 4. Man, the Moral Being who can choose good or evil actions and make the distinction between right and wrong in the performance of his living activities, 5. Man, the Spiritual Being who desires Peace, Harmony, and Tranquility in his Living Experience, 6. Man, the Created Being who has no choice other than that of existing as an Individual with Individuality, and 7. Man, the Rational Being who accounts for the Subjective and Objective Reality of his Physical Existence in the Natural World.

Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama on Wednesday, October 25, 2018, said the only hope to create a more peaceful future is through a more holistic education in which knowledge of materialistic values, physical and emotional health are integrated.
Interacting with 28 youth peace builders from 14 countries of conflict, he said the younger generations have the opportunity to contribute to a happier world.
He lamented the increasing use of violence and advocated for a greater role of youth and education in the transformation towards peace.
He stressed his conviction that education is the key to changing people’s way of thinking. “The hygiene of physical is already in our education and now we need to include hygiene of emotion in a secular education system,” he said. He argued that relying on the religious system of moral won’t appeal to everyone. He expressed his profound admiration for the ancient Indian knowledge for its contribution toward the understanding of the human mind and the imbibing of practices to tackle negative emotions. He said a new curriculum combining the ancient Indian knowledge which focuses on inner peace and wisdom with a modern education that brings physical comfort, is being implemented in various educational institutes across the country.
“If you want inner peace, you should come to India. Come here and study modern education and ancient knowledge, but if you want more dollars, then you should go to the US or Europe,” he said. He urged for a greater sense of oneness and mutual understanding during his conversation and said 7 billion human beings have to coexist on this planet.
“Future of the east, west and north and south depend on each other. The national boundary is not so relevant given the new problems such as global warming and climate change. As human brothers and sisters, we have this brilliant intelligence and on top of that, we share an innate compassionate nature. As you witness more and more suffering, use it as an opportunity to strengthen your determination and willpower,” Dalai Lama said.
This is the third annual dialogue with youth peace-builders drawn from countries across Africa, the Middle East and Asia and this year’s youth leaders came from 14 countries, including Syria, Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Iraq, Somalia, Colombia, Nigeria and seven others.

It is my intention to give attention to the Whole Human Person and the term ‘Dude’ communicates a feeling of friendship and conveys a sense of endearment. We can talk about who we are, what we do, where we live, and about our purpose in life. We need to know about ourselves and know about our place in the world and universe in which we live.

In 1965, while Whole Dude was a student of Human Anatomy at Kurnool Medical College, they had the opportunity to know about Dr. J. C. B. Grant (1886-1973), the author of Grant’s Atlas of Anatomy. The 5th Edition of his Atlas was published in 1962 and was available in India in our Medical College Library.

Grant became a decorated serviceman of the Royal Army Medical Corps during the First World War before moving to Canada. As a medical student, Whole Dude used Grant’s Atlas of Anatomy, the seminal work of Scottish-born Dr. John Charles Boileau Grant, who would become the chair of Anatomy at the University of Toronto in 1930 and retired in 1965.

The author of Grant’s Atlas of Anatomy (1943), Grant used to train thousands of medical students around the world. He came to University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine from University of Manitoba (and previously Edinburgh), and was Chair of the Department of Anatomy there from 1930 to 1965. Although he is best known for this famous atlas, his research and teaching also included biological anthropology, as evidenced by such work as Anthropometry of the Cree and Saulteaux Indians in Northeastern Manitoba (Archaeological Survey of Canada 1929). The human skeletal collection he formed, the “J.C.B. Grant Collection,” is still a core collection for human osteology in the Department of Anthropology at University of Toronto. He is also remembered in the Grant’s Museum at the Medical Sciences Building at the University of Toronto. This museum, with its displays of anatomical specimens, many of which were dissected by Grant himself, continues to be used in an active learning environment by more than 1000 students each year.

Whole Dude learned the truths about the living human body and about Life while dissecting the dead human bodies in a systematic manner. The Manual of Practical Anatomy which guides us through this entire process was published in England. The author Dr. Daniel John Cunningham prepared the Manual while dissecting cadavers of British or Irish citizens. He had never encountered cadavers of Indian citizens. At Kurnool Medical College, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India, where Whole Dude was a student, the Department of Anatomy obtains dead bodies from Government General Hospital Kurnool and most of the deceased are the poor, illiterate people of that region. None of the deceased had the chance to know this man called Cunningham and Cunningham had no knowledge about the existence of these people who arrive on our dissection tables. But, as the dissection of the human body proceeds, inch, by inch, we recognize the anatomical parts as described by Cunningham. The manual also lists some anatomical variations and we very often exchange information between various dissection tables and recognize the variations mentioned. The dissections also involve slicing the organs and studying them, both macroscopically, and microscopically. We did not miss any part of the human body.
So what is the Identity of this Human Person or Human Subject? How does the living Human organism maintains its Identity and Individuality? Apart from the Cultural Traditions of India, several Schools of Religious Thought claim that the Human Individual and its Identity is represented by Human Soul. Do men have an internal, invisible organ called Soul? Where does this soul exist in the human body? What is the location if the soul is present in the living person? How does the human organism acquires Knowledge about its own structures and the functions they perform or how do these building blocks of Life recognize the Identity of that Human Person who lives because of the living functions that they perform?

In the “Struggle for Life,” could we succeed by teaching wisdom to our cells? Could we direct our cells to choose those adaptations to a particular ecological way of life that would guarantee our survival? Do Species evolve from another species by changing their genetic codes? Genetic codes could be changed by changing nuclear DNA. Darwin’s claim of evolution demands incremental changes in the genetic code because of random and unguided or spontaneous mutations. It does not mention the role of Cytoplasm and Cytoplasmic inheritance to account for the ability to survive in Nature.

The process of adaptation and Natural Selection or exposure to ionizing radiation from cosmos or from Earth itself could lead to changes in DNA and mutations which are very harmful to the health and wellbeing of the organism. The DNA inside the cells is damaged on a regular basis due to products of cell’s own metabolism (Oxidation), or due to exposure to drugs, toxic chemicals and sources of ionizing radiation such as X-rays and microwave. Cells are continuously involved in repairing the damaged DNA. Could you help your cells to choose particular kinds of DNA change that would give you an advantage in terms of survival or in evolving into a better species? What is man’s essence and what does he do to exist?
We could use wisdom to fight disease, we could protect ourselves by avoiding exposure to drugs, toxic chemicals and radiation. We could provide nutrients and anti-oxidants to cells and help their metabolic functions. However, cells are functionally autonomous. If cells display an erratic behavior such as when they develop tumors or multiply in an unregulated manner causing cancer, we could only hope to destroy or kill those erratic cells. We may not be able to impart our wisdom to our cells and guide them to function at our will.

Charles Darwin is correct in his observations. Things in nature will change with time. It is a foundational principle and Time not only changes things but also dissolves all things including the youthful vigor, wealth, social status, intelligence and wisdom of the individual. Truth or Reality which may not be subject to a change would prevail. In our Struggle for Life, how could we just depend upon our intelligence and wisdom which could change with Time?
The Struggle for Life: Man’s Existence is governed by the Eternal Law of Aging. Man exists while he passes through various stages such as Boyhood, Youth, Adulthood, and Old Age that is associated with changes not only in Form and Appearance but also various structural and functional alterations with positive and negative consequences.
Man begins his life journey as a single cell and the phenotype or the external morphological appearance changes as man passes from infancy, boyhood, adolescence, youth, manhood, and old age. However, the genotype remains the same. Man’s individuality remains the same or constant during his entire life journey while the physical identity is subject to change. The Identity and Individuality are two sides of the same coin. The genome by its functional variation keeps changing the phenotype or the physical identity. Man does not exist in Nature because of this ability to change his Identity in relation to Time.

Man exists in Nature because of his ability to acquire energy from Nature, his physical environment. Man is able to acquire energy because of the connection between the energy seeker and the energy provider. Man does not establish this connection because of his physical or mental effort. Man is conscious or aware of his energy dependence and is able to make a connection for his energy acquisition because of Knowledge that is implanted in the Egg Cell which further grows and develops into an embryo and a fetus. Man’s status in Nature is described by his partnership, association, or connection with his energy provider. The Theory of Evolution speaks about random, unguided mutations of the genetic code and fails to describe the nature of association, partnership, and connection that is fundamental to the process called Living.

The word ‘Gone’ means moved away or departed and in the context of human relationships it explains the loss of feelings and a fundamental change in the nature of a personal relationship or attachment. The word “Boom” has several meanings; 1. In nautical language, boom refers to stretch out sails as with a boom so as to take maximum advantage of a wind at or toward the stern or rear of a ship and hence make speed. 2. Boom refers to a loud, or booming sound as of thunder, heavy guns etc., and 3. Boom means to increase suddenly in size, importance, activity, wealth, and to undergo swift, vigorous growth or development. Very often “Boom” means a sudden, favorable turn in business prospects characterized by rapidly increasing economic activity. Boom can be associated with sudden, sometimes unexpected material prosperity and in that sense the word ‘Boom’ is often contrasted with the word ‘Bust’ which means to become penniless or bankrupt, or of financial collapse, economic crash, or sudden, severe personal failure or misfortune. In the good times of prosperity human relationships thrive and develop and in the depressing times of economic bust, relationships fail and wither. In my movie story, a good, thriving relationship which is further cemented by a Covenant or legal contract that gets established during financial hard times of two individuals actually breaks down under the influence of sudden wealth that tilts the balance.

Joshua symbolizes man’s struggle to discover his predetermined destiny.
The movie story, “Gone With The Boom” revolves around the two main characters Rudra and Yeshua or Joshua. Rudra wants a sudden, rapid change in his life, he desires a “Boom” in personal growth, of both personal reputation and social status unrelated to his occupation. But, he needs a personal Savior or Messiah as the Force or Shakti that he has still needs a predetermined action. For him, the Blissful nature of Lord Shiva is the manifested reality of Life that gives a sense of happiness or contentment without attaching any reputation or social recognition. Yeshua or Joshua has the inner feeling about his predestination but struggles to know in which direction he must travel to reach that destination with Speed and Vigor. These two characters arrive at an agreement, a binding and solemn contract to do or keep from doing a specified thing or ritualistic practice. In Law, the term Covenant describes a formal sealed contract and a lawsuit could be filed for damages for violation of such a contract. In theology, the term ‘Covenant’ is used to describe the Promise made by God to man as recorded in the Bible. To promise by a Covenant, or to make a Covenant involves an agreement among parties of that agreement to defend and maintain a doctrine, polity, faith, or some ritualistic practice. Both, Rudra and Yeshua have bonded by a common identity of personal interests and both shared a feeling of economic or social oppression. As predestined, Yeshua makes a huge windfall of economic fortune and his immediate reaction was that of becoming indifferent towards people with whom he maintained strong relationships. With a sense of indignation if not of malice, Yeshua tries to break the Covenant which has sustained his morale over troubled times. Rudra responds to this sudden change in attitude with a law suit that demands the imposition of a hefty penalty and a full Settlement from Yeshua for cheating on the terms and conditions of the Covenant. Rudra wins the Battle in the Court of Law which upholds the legal, binding contract between the two parties. The Court orders Yeshua to pay the Settlement amount for busting the Covenant. The story reveals that the Messiah has no choice other than that of delivering on his Promise even if he doesn’t give it a ‘damn’. Or, my story could be interpreted to suggest that Yeshua’s sudden change in personal fortune and the busting of the Covenant are both predestined and there is no free will in either of his actions. In the climax scene, Yeshua meets Rudra at their workplace and announces his decision to quit the job and the relationship. However, in compliance to the Court order, Yeshua delivers the Settlement payment of twenty million dollars and places a silver pendant around Rudra’s neck not as a gift, not on account of their former attachment, but as a mark of his total indifference. Yeshua echoes the final words from ‘Gone With the Wind’ and tells Rudra, “Frankly my dear Rudra, I don’t give a damn.” Rudra attempts to give a final handshake to bid goodbye and Yeshua smilingly refuses to extend his hand for the handshake and walks away tossing hundred-dollar bills in the air as Rudra shakes his hand up and down in the air. This holy relationship based on a Covenant ended on 12-13-14, a historical date of this century.

At-will employment is a doctrine that allows an employer or employee to end the employment relationship at any time, with or without reason, without notice, as long as the reason is not illegal. This means employees are free to quit without notice, and employers are free to fire employees for almost any reason. However, at-will employment does not permit termination for illegal reasons, such as discrimination, retaliation for reporting illegal activity, or refusing to perform illegal acts.

Whole Foods Market Inc., (WFM) hired me during April 1997 and since that time I am working in the Grocery Department at WFM Ann Arbor, Michigan. Most of my fellow employees acknowledge and endorse my claim, “Whole Dude Loves Whole Foods.” A person from Lansing, Michigan visited WFM Ann Arbor on April 10, 2015 and inquired if I am happy working for Whole Foods. He asked for my opinion about Whole Foods as a workplace. I politely responded that I do not believe in private conversations. I prefer to express my opinions in writing and I invite people to respond to my views by offering comments in writing. I could not continue my conversation with that person who desired to investigate working conditions at Whole Foods in general and at Ann Arbor in particular. Whole Dude – Whole Happy: Whole Dude Loves Whole Foods – Happy Place-Happier People. Whole Foods Market, Austin Texas has formulated the concept of ‘Whole Foods’ to market organic, and natural foods without artificial ingredients, artificial colors, artificial flavors,synthetic sweeteners, and chemical preservatives. However, it has yet to formulate the concept of a Whole Person who may benefit by consuming Whole Foods. Whole Dude is a marketing concept to know the nature of the Whole Person. Whole Dude Loves Whole Foods, “A HAPPY PLACE AND HAPPIER PEOPLE.”
I demonstrate the fact of my Love of Whole Foods during a Life Journey precisely measured in Service Hours. Love and Happiness are purely subjective experiences. But, the fact of Love and the mental condition called Happiness can be accurately verified by using objective criteria to verify that subjective experience. Some of the tested objective standards used in evaluating the morale of any workforce include factors such as 1. Absenteeism, 2. Discipline, 3. Financial Security, 4. Sickness/Personal Injuries at workplace, and 5. Stress at workplace. Using these objective criteria, I claim that I Love Whole Foods for I find Happiness at Whole Foods.
Research clearly demonstrates a direct link between absenteeism and the happiness experienced by a worker at his workplace. I worked over 58, 308 Service Hours (not counting Overtime Hours) without any recorded unscheduled absence from work. Over the last 28 years of my employment at WFM, I maintained a Full-Time Status with variable work schedules dictated by the demands of the workplace. Since the last two years I am working Six Days per Week to give expression to my religious belief called Sixth-Day Adventism.

Apparently, I do not find the Service to be dull, uninteresting, monotonous, tedious, or boring. In fact, some of those characteristics are often associated with the experience called unhappiness. Unhappy workers tend to be either tardy or remain absent or miss scheduled work.
2. Discipline:
The compliance with the Standards and Ethics of workplace is clearly linked with the morale of the worker. Unhappy individuals more often face disciplinary action as compared to happy individuals. I will not be able to claim that I Love Whole Foods and I will not be able to assert that I am happy working at Whole Foods if I do not maintain a Clean Slate, a record that is free from marks of discredit or dishonor. I welcome any interested party to verify my personal Record of Service kept at WFM and I fully waive my rights to keep such information private and confidential.
3. Financial Security:
In the modern economic life, the true index for personal happiness in life is not the figure on the paycheck. Happiness at workplace is not consistent with financial insecurity. The level of personal indebtedness is a true measure of a person’s financial security. I make a living working at WFM without incurring personal debts or taking Credit Card loans. In other words, while being an hourly wage earner at WFM (without a signed contract), I am able to live a life without experiencing financial insecurity.
4. Sickness/Personal Injuries:
A number of studies reveal a relationship between a person’s susceptibility to sickness, a person’s proneness to injury and the person’s psychological state or condition. Current medical research indicates a connection between mental health and happiness with immune function. Even when the working environment is clean and healthy, unhappy individuals more often report sickness or sustain injuries at workplace. During the time I spent at WFM, I have not missed even a single day of my work on account of sickness or personal injury.
5. Stress at Workplace:
Occupational Stress is clearly reflected in the personal habits of the workers. Individuals experiencing stress are often driven to find relaxation by using tobacco, alcohol, or any variety of Chemical Substances and Drugs used for recreational purposes. Secondly, workers often take ‘Time Off’ to escape from the stress experienced at the workplace.
I do not use tobacco, alcohol, or any other recreational substance and this fact has been consistently verified by voluntary participation in periodic drug screening tests and during medical examination by physicians over a course of 25 years.

The most recent Screening Test for drugs was performed at Michigan Medicine on December 05, 2023. The Drug Screen results from tests performed at PPD Global Central Labs, 2 Tesseneer Drive, Highland Heights, Kentucky 41076 reports that the results are Negative for Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines (antidepressant), Cannabinoids, Cocaine Metabolites, Opiates, Phencyclidine and Ethyl Alcohol.
Apart from my freedom from Chemical Substances, the fact of not experiencing stress during my employment at WFM can be substantiated by the number of ‘Paid Time Off’ (PTO) Hours that I have accumulated. I accumulated about 5,500 PTO Hours and the WFM paid its cash surrender value. In reality, I have not experienced any urge to pursue a habit for its recreational value as an escape from boredom or monotony relating to the workplace. I do not watch movies or visit places for personal amusement. I may often join other family members either in watching the TV or visiting places. If time permits, I listen to songs composed in the Indian languages to preserve my language skills.
All said and done, I am not suggesting that personal motivation as the most important factor to find happiness in employment. Happiness is like the Sunshine. To find happiness, Whole Dude needs an external source of Light that generates happiness. To write and state, “Whole Dude Loves Whole Foods”, Whole Dude needs to be in relationship with an external source of happiness. WFM states ‘Team Member Happiness’ as its Core Value, an Operating Principle to govern the Employer-Employee relationship at the Company. I am submitting that the WFM Core Value of Caring for Team Member Happiness is truly experienced by me. In conclusion, with a sense of great pleasure I claim Whole Foods as, “A Happy Place and Happier People.”

Whole Dude’s employment is described as a “JOURNEY”. The Journey to be Successful and Safe, must proceed on “TRACKS” that are firmly and properly laid on ground. The “TRACKS” of Life’s Journey could be named as “WHOLE SPIRITUALITY.”
Whole Dude’s employment is described as a “Journey.” Whole Dude often describes his Love of “Whole Food” and his employment has given the insight to know the true or real nature of “Whole Food.” Whole Dude has demonstrated the fact of his Love; the Love of “Whole Food” during a Life’s “Journey.” He has already rendered “Whole Service” with no reported unscheduled absence from work. In other words, Whole Dude says that the experience of this “Whole Journey” called employment is that of psychological satisfaction; mental contentment that establishes happiness in mind and joy in heart. To verify the accuracy of this statement, Whole Dude is disclosing the fact that he does not use alcohol, tobacco, or any other recreational substance to find happiness in his Life’s Journey. The reason for finding happiness and joy in living experience is because of Whole Dude’s respectful relationship, his partnership, his association, his bonding, and his connection with a nourishing substance that he calls “Whole Food.” His employment has given the insight to know the true or real nature of “Whole Food.” Whole Dude defines “Whole Food” as the nutritional substance that supports man’s physical, mental, social, moral, and spiritual well-being. These five components of well-being are important to have the experience of peace, harmony, and tranquility in human life. From the beginning of human history, the ideas about spiritualism, and spirituality included a serious concern to find peace, harmony, and tranquility in the living human experience. During the course of his employment, Whole Dude discovered that Food serves the function of a spiritual medium that fosters unity between man’s body, mind, and soul which generates the peace, harmony, and tranquility that man experiences in his living condition.
No man is truly capable of independent existence that excludes the social community and the physical environment in which he exists. Whole Dude is saying that he is supporting his biological existence because of an employment that provides a social community and a favorable environment which is keeping his Life’s Journey on sound tracks. The term “Tracks” is used to describe a pair of parallel steel rails on which freight cars, passenger cars, street cars, and other rolling stock are drawn by powered locomotives. During 1880s, the width of railroad tracks were standardized at 4 feet, 8 and half inches (1.44 m). The railroad tracks are laid on a firm, and well-prepared ground to ensure their stability and a durable metal like steel is used to support its sustained use. The “Journey” called Employment that proceeds on the right “Tracks” is a “Whole Journey” and Whole Dude names those “Tracks” as “Whole Spirituality.”

John Foster Dulles (b. February 25, 1888, Washington, D.C. – d. May 24, 1959, Washington,D.C.) was described by President Eisenhower in the following words: “He is one of the truly great men of our time.” Dulles was awarded the Medal of Freedom during May 1959 just prior to his death.
Whole Dude – Whole Circus: This Freedom Medal that was awarded to the US Secretary of State John Foster Dulles during May 1959 truly represents the aspirations of Tibetan people to find Freedom and Democracy in their occupied Land of Tibet. This Medal gives them the hope and encouragement to resist the military occupation by People’s Republic of China.
Dulles belonged to a family that served the United States with great distinction and honor. His maternal grandfather, John Watson Foster served as Secretary of State under President Benjamin Harrison. His uncle, Robert Lansing was Secretary of State under President Woodrow Wilson. Dulles had specialized in international law. He was the US delegate to the San Francisco Conference that created the United Nations and he served as the US Representative to the United Nations from 1945-1949. He negotiated Japanese Peace Treaty 1951 formally ending World War II. He formulated a policy of collective security of the US and its allies through foreign economic and military aid. He advocated the development of nuclear weapons and became a leading figure in the Cold War. In 1954, he initiated the Manila Conference which resulted in the Southeast Asia Treaty Organization (SEATO). In 1955 he initiated the Baghdad Pact later named the Central Treaty Organization (CENTO). His foreign policy was determined by his profound detestation of Communism. As an international lawyer, he strongly believed in the value of treaties. His passionate hostility to Communism was the testimony of his policy. Under his stewardship, go “to the brink” of War had become a necessary aspect of US diplomacy. When the Tibetans fought to oust the Chinese, he initiated the US Central Intelligence Agency’s Secret War in Tibet. His younger brother, Allen Welsh Dulles, 5th Director of CIA directed this military operation to establish the Tibetan Resistance Movement.

Special Frontier Force pays this special tribute to Allen Welsh Dulles (b. April 7, 1893, Watertown, NY – d. January 29, 1969, Washington, DC), US diplomat, intelligence expert who was the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency during its period of growth. Dulles received M.A. from Princeton in 1916. His service to the nation started during the administration of Woodrow Thomas Wilson (28th President of the US 1913-1921). He served in various diplomatic posts until 1922, and was named chief of the State Department’s Near Eastern Division. He obtained Law degree in 1926, and served as counsellor to the US delegation in Peking. He returned to the US and joined the New York law firm in which his brother John Foster Dulles was a partner. During World War II, Dulles joined the office of Strategic Services (OSS). From October 1942 to May 1945, Dulles served as Chief of OSS office in Bern, Switzerland. He played a critical role in the surrender of German troops in northern Italy. He received the Medal of Merit and Medal of Freedom for his service during the War. In 1948, Dulles served as the Chairman of a three-man committee that surveyed the US intelligence system. After the Central Intelligence Agency was established in 1951, he served as deputy director under General Walter Bedell Smith. In 1953, he was appointed Director of CIA by President Dwight D. Eisenhower (34th President of the US, 1953-1961). He was the first Chairman of U.S. Intelligence Board. Dulles carried out a number of major operations, notably the overthrow of the governments of Mohammad Mossadeq in Iran in 1953, and Jacob Arbenz in Guatemala in 1954. He was reappointed by President John F. Kennedy. Unfortunately, he had to shoulder the blame for the failure of the Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba in April 1961. He was forced to resign to defend the reputation of the presidency. He was awarded the National Security Medal on November 28, 1961 (and the citation for granting this Medal is attached as a pdf file). President Lyndon B Johnson appointed him as one of seven commissioners of the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. He authored several books, notably Germany’s Underground (1947), The Craft of Intelligence (1963), and The Secret Surrender (1963).

India recognized that its foreign policy of political neutralism was of no use and started depending upon the United States to address the military threat posed by China’s occupation of Tibet. But, the effort was too modest and both India and the United States had grossly underestimated the strength of the People’s Liberation Army.
Both US Government and the Central Intelligence Agency maintain their silence about the support given to the Tibetan Resistance Movement and the eventual creation of Establishment -22/Special Frontier Force, a military alliance/pact between the US, Tibet, and India to fight the military threat posed by Communist China when it occupied Tibet in 1950 and forced His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama to lead a life in exile.

However, the US had finally acknowledged the CIA operation in Tibet and India by installing a Commemoration Plaque at the Camp Hale, Colorado training site on September 10, 2010. The Director of CIA was not present at the ceremony to honor the memory of people who were involved in this covert operation.

It came into existence during November 1962 and during 1966, this organization was named Special Frontier Force. Between the Central Intelligence Agency and the members of Special Frontier Force there has been a Master-Student relationship. Establishment – 22 is the child of CIA’s Secret War in Tibet and it will be correct to recognize CIA as the ‘Mastermind’ of this operation to defend Freedom, and Democracy in the occupied Land of Tibet. Special Frontier Force take this opportunity to pay a special tribute to its ‘Master’, John Alexander McCone (b. January 04, 1902 – d. February 14, 1991) who served as the Director of CIA from November 1961 to April 1965.
John A. McCone obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California at Berkeley. He built his career in the steel, construction, shipping, shipbuilding, and aircraft production industries. He founded the Bechtel-McCone Steel Company and his role in shipbuilding, and military aircraft production had attracted the attention of President Harry S. Truman who had appointed him to the Air Policy Commission in 1947 to develop strategy for American military airpower. During 1948, he was appointed as the Special Deputy to the Secretary of Defense. In 1950, he was appointed as Undersecretary of the Air Force. President Dwight Eisenhower appointed him as the Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission during 1958 and he held that position until 1961.

During his tenure as the Chairman of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, John McCone made very significant disclosures about Israel’s nuclear capabilities. After the disaster of the Bay of Pigs Invasion of Cuba, President Kennedy forced the resignation of the CIA director Allen Welsh Dulles and Richard Bissell, the Deputy Director for Plans and Operations who had a major role in making the plan for this CIA’s Black Operation. In a very surprising, and sudden move, President Kennedy called John McCone, a Republican to take charge of the Central Intelligence Agency disregarding the fact that McCone had no prior experience in Intelligence.

John McCone played a leading role in strengthening the intelligence gathering abilities of CIA by launching a technological revolution. On August 05, 1963, he created the Directorate of Science and Technology.

John McCone was present in the meeting held at The White House on November 19, 1962 to enter into an agreement/pact with India, and the Tibetan Government-in-Exile to formulate Establishment 22/Special Frontier Force to address the military threat posed by People’s Republic of China’s military occupation of Tibet. This operation that involves India and Tibet remains a secret.
Gyalo Thondup, the elder brother of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama played a critical role in raising the Tibetan Force and in formulating the trilateral military alliance with India and the U.S.Desmond FitzGerald was serving as the Far Eastern CIA Chief in November 1962 at the time of raising Establishment 22 and Special Frontier Force
McCone was a key figure during the October 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. He had predicted that the Soviet Union would place offensive nuclear weapons in Cuba. However, he had differences with President Lyndon B. Johnson and had resigned from his post during April 1965 and was replaced by Admiral William F. Raborn. President Ronald Reagan during 1987 presented John McCone with the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
