Whole Dude coined the phrase Whole Retail to define a Marketing Strategy and Marketing Philosophy to retail Whole Products by deploying WholeDudes (without reference to gender, age, race, nationality and sexual orientation) to provide Whole Services to Whole People across Whole Planet. For reasons of convenience and brevity the term ‘Dude’ is being used as representative of all human beings.

At-will employment is a doctrine that allows an employer or employee to end the employment relationship at any time, with or without reason, without notice, as long as the reason is not illegal. This means employees are free to quit without notice, and employers are free to fire employees for almost any reason. However, at-will employment does not permit termination for illegal reasons, such as discrimination, retaliation for reporting illegal activity, or refusing to perform illegal acts.

The employment-at-will doctrine contrasts just cause employment/termination, in which an employer must provide a fair reason for terminating an employee and the employer often pays a Severance Pay if the employment is terminated for no fault of the employee.

Reina de los Angeles, which literally means “Queen of the Angels.” Idealism emphasizes the primacy of Spirit or Consciousness in viewing the World. In an Idealist’s perception, reality of objects resides in the mind’s perception of the objects. Naturalism is the belief that the natural World is all that exists and that there is no supernatural or spiritual creation. Realism represents the theory that individual things exist independently of the mind’s perception of them, In a Realist’s perception, objects exist in themselves apart from the mind’s consciousness of them. The word ‘Reality’ means the fact of or quality of being real or being true to life. In the view of an Idealist, the beauty of Jennifer Lopez simply exists in the eye of the beholder. In the view of a Realist, Jennifer really exists as a beautiful object in the natural world that is perceived. Edgar Allan Poe (born. January 19, 1809 – died. October 07, 1849) is one of the most brilliant and original writers in American literature. Poe is part of the American Romantic Movement. His short stories are ingenious and profound. Poe often theorized about the art of writing, as in his essay “The Poetic Principle.” In his view, a poem deserves its title only in as much as it excites by elevating the soul.
