We cannot feed our children and their children from the Cup of Nuclear Poison created by the use of Nuclear Fuel in Power generation. India’s Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Bill 2010 fails to take care of the negative consequences of the use of Nuclear Fuel.

India is planning to import Light Water Nuclear Reactors from Private US Nuclear Companies. These Nuclear Companies should be held fully accountable and responsible for any Nuclear Related Damage.
