During Indo-Pak War of 1971, Colonel B K Narayan and the Unit he Commanded had liberated Kaptai in Rangamati District of Chittagong Hill Tracts. He conducted the Friday prayer service for Muslim worshipers at Kaptai. The Military Mission had aimed at bringing Peace and Joy to the Bangla Muslim Community.
