Special Frontier Force or Establishment No.22 as Military Organization represents Military Pact between three nations; 1. TIBET, 2. INDIA, and 3. The United States. It is evidence to claim that Tibet is not part of China. This Pact recognizes Security Threat posed by Chinese military occupation of Tibet.
