>SENSORY STIMULUS DISTORTION ILLUSION
“Tell me not in mournful numbers,
Life is but an empty dream!
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
And things are not what they seem.”
–Henry Wadsworth Longfellow ( 1807 – 1882 )
“THINGS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM” :
Human perception is the process and experience of gaining sensory information about objects and events of the physical world and the universe in which man exists. There could be a difference between Real World and the Perceived World. Sometimes, man perceives physical objects or events that may not exist and yet other times man fails to perceive physical objects or events that may actually exist. Kindly join me to examine these perceptual problems at my Home page of BhavanaJagat.
